What I am blaming is the system of disclosure....there's another word
I can't think of it right now...
but we need a system to find out what the facts of these matters are
and not an indentured cover up.

I'm all for it, as long as those in power have to play by the same
rules.

Well, here's the genesis of the problem;
say as an example that you were in the car accident and were injured
and that wasn't your fault, but some idiot tells you "shit happens"
and to forget about it. Well, that's what I got from one person here,
and he happens to be a conservative.

Panera is not at fault IMO.
And as I pointed out previously; I don't think I can prove a link
between E.coli and colitis, so try to keep up with what I'm saying.
Eating raw vegetables is *not* considered a colitis trigger...eating
contaminated ones with feces on it that causes E.coli infection is.

That said, the spinach producers were found negligent in a court of
law and have had to pay million$ to hundreds of people as a result of
that negligence.
I doubt any of the victims had left-over spinach they ate to have
independently tested. But some were able to prove to a jury that they
had indeed suffered as a result of the companies negligence.
My question is; why all spinach recalled was not tested as to it's
location of sale to find out who may have consumed it? It is not
impossible to do. I'm not talking about testing every leaf, but a
representative sample from each location.

If the capitalist system wants to be responsible, then they need to do
the responsible things instead of denying everything and paying
lawyers to discredit real victims of their negligence.
Put the true cost of doing business on companies and not government
protection, or government having to pay for these things in health
care costs...surely conservatives are all for that...well, real
conservatives and not most of the phony ones here anyway.
