Maybe, but it will make the pool work subtly(?) differently in those networks 
than anywhere else so I've been resisting it. Very few people have asked over 
the years, but you are not the first.

- Do the "ASN-targeted" entries just get returned for "0.pool.ntp.org" or 
pool.ntp.org or all the domains? What if there's only 1 server? 2? 3?

- Some ASNs span countries and continents. If the user is in the US but the 
"ASN-targeted" server is in Canada, what do we return? What if the user is in 
France?

- Do we require the "ASN targeted" server to be verified by the operator, or do 
we use any user added entry in that ASN? If we verify then how?
