Some of the major linux distros are still distributing 4.2.4. We've also documented how to easily plug this hole in older releases: http://support.ntp.org/bin/view/Support/ConfiguringNTP#Section_6.10. > It would help tremendously if NTPD were not released once a decade (so > it seems), but a bit more often - like at least yearly. I agree with you. The first release of 4.2.6 was in December of 2009, so that was just over 4 years ago. What have you done to help make NTP releases happen more frequently? And I don't me just you alone. H _______________________________________________ pool mailing list [email protected] http://lists.ntp.org/listinfo/pool
