If a small team of folks (hopefully more than 1) wants to work on
something to validate the stratum 1 and stratum 2 lists on the Servers
web, that would be great.  We're getting ready to upgrade our wiki, and
that may make this even easier.

I've been thinking about a way to have sntp emit a user-specified
response, so that might do it.  Right now, are you looking for data
other than 'delay'?
