Hi

I have four servers in the pool but for ntp sources all use 
public ntp servers and none of them uses a pool server. I also
have a gps source and at one time also had a radioclock source
but that was too unreliable and with offsets > 1ms. 

For the sources I selected for both low RTT and low average
offset.
