Obviously it isn't being properly maintained and since it's been cast as "the data owner is responsible" then send mail to everyone and then move all the entries into a group that's monitored by the the Pool Monitor and publish the ones that are up. One was assigned to a missing maintainer and the other to Dr. Mills. Despite various reassuing e-mails nothing came of it.
