However if it was me I'd get a u-blox EVK < https://shop-america.u-blox.com/en/eur/3~300~EMEA/Evaluation-kits-tools/Positioning-eval.-Kits/Standalone-positioning> and plug it into something like a PCEngines APU2. If you want to go all in Jackson Labs makes some delightful devices but they are mostly GPSDOs that happens to emit PPS. I have a JL Fury which is the only device I've used that does NMEA with sub-millisecond jitter.
