Yes, one big problem is that folks will try to scrape the Servers lists and then use that list far beyond its "expiration date". This is a Bad Thing and we do not want to make it easy for folks to do this. We need a solution to the problem of "how can I find a list of servers that I can use for reliable service?" We've relied on people doing self-maintenance on the Servers web. That has been a good news/bad news thing.
