Instead of a decision to simply block or not block, postscreen adds the ability to weight the rbl results, which means you can add some additional higher risk rbls since a hit on one of them won't necessarily reject a message. This has had a large impact for us. postscreen also seems to eliminate other spam like zombie spam. Try it out and I think you will like it. http://www.postfix.org/POSTSCREEN_README.html
