The symbolic link is an additional path name, that indicates that
you have a mixed deployment.  You need to remove the symlink and
remove or remediate any software that expects Postfix configuration
files to be in /usr/local/cutedge/postfix/etc.

In particular or local submission sendmail(1) interface must not
attempt to use "/usr/local/cutedge/postfix/etc" as the configuration
directory.

Please don't mistake emphasis for shouting, if you don't ignore
sound advice just because you don't yet see that it is correct,
there'll be less need to emphatically repeat it.  Wietse is trying
to help you by focusing your attention on what's important.  He'll
probably stop trying soon, if he hasn't already...
