Capitalization and punctuation may still be an exception to transcribing
what you see.

Yes, title propers of single words such as "Africa" can create
problems, particularly for uniform titles and citations.  If including
more, a colon can be transcribed, so long as there is no space in
front of it.  But that is not the situation here, sp I see no reason
to include other title information in title proper.
