Currently experiencing the exact same issue with a new unit installed in November of 2021. The internet connection is via Hughes Net. The bad thing is it is up in snow country so once the dish gets full snow your done till it is removed or melts. Once the internet returns the client also has security cameras so they can tell that the internet is back up and running but the Mate3s stays offline till you unplug it and reboot. I generally set the auto reboot to 24 hours. Any suggestions?
