Hi Chris,

What type of charge controller is it?  Older charge controllers seem to
have issues interacting with the Mate 3s perfectly.  Oddly, many times it
will report the data OK to OpticsRE.  Which Hub do you have?  Mate 3s needs
to be paired to a Hub 10.3.  Also, you may try changing ports in the Hub
and of course cables.
