As I don't archive these things, I'm at a disadvantage in
substantiating what I said. However, with all due apologies as and
where warranted, I will remind one and all that NT-bashing is very
much part of the Linux complexion, and that was what I was addressing.
If I have got some of the details wrong, then I apologize for that
much. However, I do not withdraw my suggestion that, to put it
succinctly, users of this list refrain from any unnecessary derogation
of competing OSes.

Surely, no one will cavil at that!
