LOL...Oh, and in that 20 years I also learnt that patience is not only a virtue in computing, it's absolutely f*&%$£g essential!
I've always told my bosses, and customers, "What I lack in technical expertise, I make up for with sheer determination".
I'm not sure which is more important: Patience, or sheer Persistance.
Perhaps it's a combination of the two.
