Hi,
I really should add some Installation instructions!
I'm presuming you're on a Windows system as linux generally comes with
perl installed.
1. Download and install Perl from ActiveState [1]
2. Download and install flac [2]
3. Download and install lame (latest recommended build is 3.97b1 [3]
4. Download the latest version of flac2mp3 [4]
5. Extract flac2mp3 to a directory of your choice. I put mine in
c:\utils which is in my path.
6. Make sure flac.exe and lame.exe are in your path too, or edit
flac2mp3.pl and change the path to flac.exe and lame.exe.
That's it.

Run the script as follows:
c:\> flac2mp3.pl flacdir mp3dir
