> i choose wav over flac only for my own peace of mind. Illogical captain. WAV does not have any advantages unless your devices cannot play flac. The only reason I can see why you would stay with WAV is you already have your collection as WAV and can't be bothered to convert your files, which can take time (can do batch conversion though) also need to check tag system is set up during conversion, or change settings in your ripper to flac encoder. If you want your original WAV files back (burning onto CD-R) you can just convert the flac files. -- badbob ------------------------------------------------------------------------ badbob's Profile: http://forums.slimdevices.com/member.php?userid=7358 View this thread: http://forums.slimdevices.com/showthread.php?t=57706 _______________________________________________ ripping mailing list [email protected] http://lists.slimdevices.com/lists/listinfo/ripping
