Hi Brant,

Are you receiving any errors when you attempt to use that key? You should 
be able to create a custom script to "cat /root/.ssh/authorized_keys" and 
execute on this instance to ensure the key matches the public key from the 
SSH Keys page.  If is does not, you can inject the correct key with a 
custom script of " echo "public-key-hash-here" >> 
/root/.ssh/authorized_keys ". In order to set you up for success moving 
forward, can you clarify who your Sales contact is who provided you access 
to Enterprise Edition of Scalr?  It appears you are using an outdated 
version of Enterprise Edition and we need to ensure that you are using the 
correct support communication channels.
