Ok, this is a weird problem.
Downloaded a file with gftp, then lost connect. Wanted to resume it, but
instead it wrote _over_ and would not resume.
Later I am using xchat, someone sends me a file via dcc, connection
drops, I re-request the file, and it doesn't resume, it picks a new name
to do

root partition and tried to install on antoher drive and finally found
out why it was unsuccesful:
