Does anyone know the keyboard way to move a folder in Microsoft Outlook?
The folder is one level below the inbox and I need to move it to another folder
inside the inbox if that makes any sense?

No, when you do alt+s to send an email, there is a way to tell it to close
the reply after sending rather than going back to the message itself that
you have just replied to.
