Good morning,
Ancestry has images of the US National Cemetery Interment Control Forms.
I tend to use Source Writer for my sourcing, but I'm not averse to using the
Basic version. Any suggestions as to how best to record this source
information? It's kind of an awkward record.

I'm just looking for input. How do you handle the US (or any other) census as
a master source? It asks you to break it down by locality, state and county.
If you are dealing with diverse areas of the country, how do you differentiate
the carious localities.

Here's a thought as a stop gap. Can you mark both genders as unknown and add
the actual gender in notes? Not ideal, but it should solve the problem in the
short run.

Legacy User Group guidelines
Can you access Legacy from the start menu? If so, click on All Programs,
scroll to Legacy, right click on the Legacy entry and then "send to" Desktop.
That should give you the icon back.

I have a related question to using SourceWriter for US Census data. If I use
the template as written, how do I differentiate between the source for San
Bernardino, California and the one for Renssalear, New York? Just curious as

When you input the couple, when the time comes to input the date, in the upper
lefy hand corner is a little check box which reads "This couple did not marry".
Check that and it will mark the marriage area accordingly.

Everyone's computer situation is unique, so I would be cetain to be backed up
and GEDCom-ed out, but I did a computer sync when I changed from my 32-bitold
laptop to my 64-bit new laptop without a problem. It was simple and easy.
Well worth the cost of the sync cord.
