I have *exactly* the same issue for all mailing
i found the most common break was where the tails joined the main part. when
fitting one should make a gentle bend, unlike the factory.

Yup. Just try throwing some of those programs at SBASIC, it'll soon tell
you there's something missing, though not necessarily the correct point
