I am running qmail-1.03 MTA. Whenever a message is delivered to a
Microsoft Exchange Internet Mail Server version 5.5.2448.0, it says "421

when sending mail to [EMAIL PROTECTED], the sender
gets no notification that the email could not be delivered. It's
silently delivered to [EMAIL PROTECTED], but the
