Using the Mouse Pointer Menu, I can create and modify Object/Items or

as a 'regular' user. If not, you can tell the serial port that you
(as a regular user) can access it... We can help with all the bad ways

I down loaded several 24k DEM maps from Geo Community into a sub folder
under usr/local/share/xastir/maps did tar -xf filename to unpack them,
ran the chmod commands listed int he README.MAPS.
Only one of the maps could be seen in the map chooser and loaded. The
rest or them would list whe
all on a CD and
select CD in the Installation Source. Is that right?

I noted in the MicroTrak 300 manual, "...power output in the range
of 300 mW, and is capable of operating at extremely long ranges
...". My understanding of the problem with Garmin Rinos was that
they were low power -- 1W or 5W -- meaning that the transmissi
