Re: (313) wtf is a 'zombie rave'?!
we have had a zombie-themed rave here in providence the past two halloweens. last year it was called rave is dead which was a big improvement over the previous horror prom although the lineup looked even less interesting. we have also had the locally-produced horror film rave to the grave. the producers actually got extras from the local raver crowd and zombified them. i was not at any of these three events, nor at the shooting. On Mar 25, 2006, at 14:21, seek wrote: http://seattletimes.nwsource.com/html/localnews/ 2002889274_webcapshooting25.html At around 7 a.m. a man walked into a blue rental home in the 2100 block of East Republican Street and opened fire, killing six people. More than a dozen people who attended the party were relaxing inside after a late night party when the shooting happened, said Seattle police spokesman Rich Pruitt. The girl; Jesse Mullens, Suzanne's 18-year-old boyfriend; and another friend had gone to what Thorne called a zombie rave in downtown Seattle last night, Thorne said. after the rave, they went to a house on Capitol Hill for an after-party. She shouldn't have gone to the rave. I've never approved of those things, Thorne said. The young kids just don't get it. I just hope to God she's alive, she said crying. And if she is, she's grounded for life. Jackson, who has lived in the neighborhood 40 years, describes the area as relatively quiet. He said he's seen young people with facial piercings and heavy makeup walking around recently. He believes they're connected to the rental home. -- matt kane's brain http://hydrogenproject.com aim - mkbatwerk || mkbwriu [EMAIL PROTECTED]

Re: (313) WTF happened to Submerge?!?!?!?
yeah, that is cool! Thanks for pointing that out! I was referring to their www.submerge.com website. The mail order part is what Im disappointed with. Yeah, recording wise I'm so glad to have orlando voorn, I hope they keep it real with Puzzlebox because keith tucker is one of my all time favorites. More los hermanos, the better too. That is f*cking awful. Might just have to order every record I've ever wanted from their stocklist all in one go so I won't have to go back there ever again. If that is indeed their final design, I should add. MEK Thomas D. I've been getting that lately every time I post to 313. I've just attributed it to a server hiccup, but who knows. Re: [313] WTF is Garage anyway?
Because I dare not try and define what those defined before me, I'll pass the buck to a website with one quote: http://listen.to/garagehousemusic There are some RA links on there as well for samples. that big fist my friend is the one and only Joe Lewis...not in actual size though. that is a great idea. very monumental to Detroitit may even symbolize the strength of Detroit Techno. wowi am glad someone thought of that one. jeff Thou Shalt Remember the Funk and Keep It Holy -George Clinton -Original Message- From: The Deliverator [SMTP:[EMAIL PROTECTED] Sent: Friday, June 02, 2000 12:05 PM To: 313@hyperreal.org Subject: [313] WTF is Garage anyway?
