The man and a woman, whose identities were not available late Wednesday night, were shot on Main Street between 9 and 10 p.m. Assistant City Manager James Famularo said the shootings took place in the vicinity of pizza restaurant. The collective taxpayers of AP got murdered again by its governing body. There should be a bigger outcry on the Triangle than the Market Street Mission. 07.20.2006Church Wins Right to Continue, Expand Ministries Upper Lake, CA—A church in Northern California recently overcame heated opposition from local residents to obtain a use permit to continue its outreaches to the community.North Shore Christian Fellowship, located near scenic Clear Lake, has experienced rapid growth in recent years and needed more space to grow. This was all part of a lawsuit and settlement between the city and the state over tidelands in 1985. The map filed with the settlement clearly shows that it affects the Marine Grill parcel and not the Triangle. There is also expert advice to that affect. All of this was in the city's hands. In fact, the affidavit from NJDEP's engineer (for the settlement in court) delineated the grant to cover only a portion (27%) of the Marine Grill site as tidelands which was vested in the State. The balance (73%) was designated as uplands with title vesting in the City. The engineer simply put the wrong Block/Lot ID on the parcel, but the map clearly shows it NOT to be the Triangle. I have also seen a letter from a local engineering firm who is a consultant to the developer reaching the same conclusion as I do. I believe the City had these documents and should have also reached the same conclusion. I am contacting DEP just to make sure that I am right and if I am, then the hammer will drop. It specifically says that it will attempt to relieve the state's claim on the Marine Grill site, which it defines as both the Marine Grill and the Triangle.
