Well, it locks you in, so you can't switch for example.I'm not sure. I have both Marlaunt and jagzeom on my playthrough. Jagzeom really doesn't appear to hit all that hard until level 47 when it gets dececate beam, and training him up before that point is annoying because he keeps getting progressively stronger undead moves, but they keep switching back and forth from being physical to special.Marlaunt is good at what it does, AKA being fast and hitting physically with ghost damage. Element assault is sweet, and spirit force does the job just fine for things with only one type. Frenzied rage is fun backup I guess, though it doesn't hit anything super-effectively. Here's the thing though. Those kinds of manamon are good for offline play. In fact, pretty much everything is now. I think you'd be hard-pressed to find a team that can't finish the storyline. Perhaps it could have fun in online battles with restrain, but... meh. It would probably just die afterward.

HI Harry and Purple Jam crew,I really love the concept idea! It is great to see that some devs are expanding their definition of what a game can/should do. This sounds like a legit branch of the interactive fiction every game essencially boils down to. We don't always need strong stories or direct interaction. Just something to busy your senses and spark the imagination can be just fine.It is not necessarily something I would normally want to play but I'll definitely give it a try once it comes out for iOS, maybe even try it out on PC (don't like playing on it lately)I'd love to see more experimental works like this. The audio game market is drowning in saminess and in dire need of inspirational pioneering.Not to say that there aren't really good games out there. But they're mostly just improving upon the same core mechanics I am slowly getting tired of.Just a partly related blurp from my side before even having played the mentioned game

That's something I do want to try at some point though.

This beats the heck of any Samsung in that price range and that is because the software fits like a glove on it.In my opinion, this is better than the expensive pixels because this one actually makes sense for me.I would get this, but I have my phone only since November and I don't know if I would switch from Samsung, mostly because I like their skin a lot.

@5Agreed with @6 and @7.  Getting an Xbox One would be your best option here as the accessibility of that console family far outstrips that of the PS4 at present.  That's not the say the PS4 doesn't have workarounds, but with the Xbox One very little of that is required at least for the main interface.

Hi Camlorn,Though I didn't post all  now, this article is on multiple news outlets, which makes it more likely it was true.  Well, this just motivates me to look after myself more, in case a doctor decides my life isn't worth saving wwithout knowing me, and I die or become more disabled.As for biden, I feel I wouldn't vote for trump definately, but I feel voting for biden would just reward democrats and tell them they can nominate whoever they want as their candidate and they are garanteed support. Hi.I wanna share my experience with a device running Android Go edition.I read about the cheep Nokia phones, which runs Android Go edition, which is a light version of Android, made for cheep Android devices.Before I made my purchase, I did a ton of research. I read a lot of reviews of Android Go. I did a lot of phone comparisons, and I even looked in the manual of the phone I was interested in buying.All the reviews and demos I found on Youtube mentioned that Android Go edition can run native Android apps. Some of the apps runs slow, but they work. that's what I got out of the reviews I found.I contacted Nokia, and asked them specific about Talkback on the Nokia 1.3 phone which I wish to buy. I asked them if Talkback would work on this phone, and I asked them about the software on the phone.I got a very clear answer saying the following:Talkback should work on this phone. Nokia does not have any resources to make their own software, so for this reason, their phones are running stuck Android.I got quite excited and went ahead and bought a Nokia 1.3 phone.When I received the package, I unpacked the phone with great excitement. The phone is cheep and very poor quality, so it was unbelievably difficult to open up the phone to put in the battery. I don't ly, you seriously have to brake open, force open the phone. I was very afraid to brake the plastic cabinet, but I managed to do it.I turned on the phone, and after a while, the Nokia logo sound was heard. Wow, quite amazing for sure.Then, it was time to turn on Talkback on the setup screen.I followed Googles instructions on the following site:https://support.google.com/accessibilit … 7100?hl=enI had no sighted assistance, so I tried to hold both volume keys at the same time to start Talkback. Nothing happened, at all.I then tried to hold two fingers on the screen. Same result. Nothing happened, at all.I launched Seeing AI on my iPhone to check the screen on the phone. It seemed like I had to select my language on the setup screen.I made a video call to one of my family members to get some help. She could confirm that the phone was on the setup screen, and I had to select the language. But, Talkback would not start at all, no matter what I did.Going through the whole setup process by using the video call as my only assistant was simply not an option for me. That would be way too complex.I opened up my email ticket to Nokia where I previously asked them specifically about Talkback. I told them about my issue and asked them what to do about it.First they even don't understood my situation, and simply asked me to turn on Talkback in the accessibility settings after having gone through the setup screen. After a while, they finally understood my situation and the problem I was having. They contacted Google about the issue.Google replied back to Nokia, that Talkback is simply not a part of Android Go edition, which is the whole reason for my problem.When looking at Googles support page for Talkback, they do not mention Android Go edition one single time. I haven't been able to find any other resources telling that Talkback is not included in Android Go edition.I felt extremely frustrated, especially with Nokia and their cheep peace of shit, but also with Google, for not announcing to the public, that Talkback is not included in Android Go edition.I then returned this crappy phone as fast as possible and got my money back.If Google ever wanna take accessibility seriously, then they need to announce things like that to the public. How should I have known that before making my purchase? How should I have made my research better to avoid this situation?I really hope someone is able to pass this information to the right people at Google accessibility. Most people would never give android a try again after such experience.I will stick to Googles products in the future when it comes to Android. If I have to choose other products than Googles, then I'll ask for experience from other blind people first before buying.Comments, both good and bad, and thoughts are very much welcome...

does it happening with every scripts? once tryprint('hi there!')and execute. if it don't work, some thing wrong with your python. if it runs, some thing wrong with your scripts.to debug, use python myscript.py 2>fileforerrors.extyou can type your script name. i hope you know, and after 2> type a file name with extension where errors are recorded or saved or what ever you say. if i still don't work fine, there is wrong with your python or your script

What I'm about to say is probably going to be hard to listen to, so I apologize in advance, but here goes. This is an oversize in your line of research. And an unfair knock against Google. Don't assume that because something runs android, that it will automatically have talkbavk, because a lot of non Google devices such as Samsung phones and emulation machines run Android but are not directly produced by Google. Its not like Apple where all devices running ios have boiceober, because they are directly produced by Apple. Even my Samsung phone does not have talkbavk by default, and I have to download it from the playstore, but fortunately it does have voice assistant.Here are some things you could have done differently: I see a lot of people ask about phones here before jumping to android. You could have done that. Second, Nokia is their own brand, so you could have asked if they produced or have a screen reader on their phone, such as what samsung does. Third, if you bought the phone in person, you could always ask a store employee to help you get talkback on your phone after the both of you get it set up.Just remember, android is an open platform for other third parties to use, whereas ios is strictly exclusive to Apple. I hope this helps, and that you take my words into consideration before you continue ranting about googles poor accessibility.

I'm having difficulties with notifications. The game currently displays notifications (rather quickly), when certain things happen such as:- Loose/gain health- Level up- Quest updatesSince the notifications happen at the same time as a new narrative text is displayed, it wouldn't make sense to focus the notification since it's secondary information. It's also (visually) an overlay, thus blocking other content, so I can't simply leave it for a longer period. Overlays also mess with focus order on the screen.So, my current solution is to add a new button (available only if screen reader is enabled on the phone) which reads the latest set of notifications. Once they've been read, they disappear - which is also the way the work without a screenreader. Does this sound like a reasonable solution?PS: I'm not sure yet whether to have a way, perhaps a sound, to indicate that there is a notification available.

@Cross: I already told you that we are attempting to take more views from the players. We are trying to fix that. But we can't fix it if people keep saying we are not fixing it. Because then how will we know if we're actually fixing it or not? You yourself said we should have better communication. We've been doing that a lot lately. We've been asking each other questions on Skype and other games about implementing new things, and their values. We've been taking advice from the players about the new features too.. We also used the voting system a few days ago, because you guys disliked the new tile sounds and we wanted to see if you guys wanted the old ones back, so we did as you guys told us and we revamped the tiles back to what they were before. So I don't really understand what we're doing wrong as of now. In my opinion that is managing the game  just ifne. It's what I've seen other developers do and that's how I've seen them manage their games, and I don't see anyone saying there is no leadership. Like I literally said a few posts back, I'm just following the advice and what I've seen from past devs and when I played their games.

@Caccio, As defender says, the insignificant one is you next these giant monstrous creatures.@JayJay, Good luck mate, I remember doing it before and not realising I hadn't taken the rebels out before I did the cheat, the rebels were over 10 million strong and I had maybe 30 guys. I didn't attack anyone at all obviously, and luckily these giant kingdoms wiped the floor with eachother in giant warfare of titanic proportions. Someone attacked the rebels and ended up with a relation lower than the rebels had with us so we got left alone. I tried to build myself up in the shadows and when one of these mighty empires fell from grace I'd come in a sweep up the little remnant lands. By late game I managed to grow up to their size and conquer the rest.@Caccio, it's alright mate, it's the welsh spelling of Hugh but it's a weird name a lot of people have problems with haha. I was thinking of adding a gambling free option to the game for people who may not want those complulsive gambling mechanics in, would this be too far for you or a good solution? You might have had Yellow Orcs and Blind Gnomes, and then discover two replacement kingdoms of Chaos Orcs and Blood-Ents. Two orc nations but very different, Chaos Orcs would change relations to everyone turn by turn and be a nightmare to deal with etc.

A button for notification is a good solution. Alternatively, if you could find a way to get the screen reader to read notifications automatically, that would eliminate a need for a button or sound. Example: when i play grim quest on Android and am exploring a dungeon, I step on a tile with loot, and the screen reader automatically says: "You found an iron key!". That happens immediately and with a chime before the text disappears. If you are using a consumable, and it clearly says what it restores, it is enough for me to hear a sound to know that it works, so long as either I'm told when I'm full, or I can't use anymore when I'm full.Hope that helps.

Oh yeah,I've even installed and used inaccessible softwares using NVDA's OCR, which technically is Windows OCR. I wonder if someone can create a OCR program for documents using Windows OCR, because I think it's free to use.Also, Do you know that the results from OCR results can be interacted with. For example, if you do OCR on a setup screen which is inaccessible, and get results such as next, back, cancel etc; you can press enter on those options from the results page itself. You will obviously have to press escape and do OCR again to recognise next window. But this opens up an opportunity to use those softwares, I am looking at you Spitfire Audio labs, totally inaccessible programms to be used by blind peeps.

Hello all,a couple new hosted games releases to tell you about. The First is "The Floating city" which is a story about you living in New Sydney as the old city has sunk under rising sea levels. You are trying to make a career here and also you can uncover the mysteries of why the sharks have become suddenly afraid of the area at the request of your friend Cassandra (which I'm sure is a meaningful name) This one is 130k words and of the two it looks more interesting to me. The second game is Macabre Mansion. In this one, you wake up suddenly in a room covered in blood with no memory of how you got there. You have to escape the haunted mansion before it kills you. it's only 43k words and this one seems tired and cliche so not overly interested in this one.But just had to let you guys know in case you wanted to try them.

In Survive the wild, the planet Earth was completely destroyed or at least life was made impossible there, so a group of astronauts went to a similar planet. Unfortunately, although it could support life, it was small compared to Earth. Not many years later, a war broke out in which the town and the village were destroyed. This explains the existence of a single hospital, park, hotel, etc. in the whole game and completely different geography. I hope what I said doesn't interfere with the story of the game.

As I wrote, I asked Nokia, who told me that Talkback should work, since they have not made any custom firmware. So no, they have not made their own screenreader like Samsung. They told me that Talkback should work, but they clearly didn't knew what they were talking about.3. I bought the phone from a website. I wanna set up things on my own without sighted help if possible, but that doesn't seem to be a usual thing in Android, unless you are using Googles products or Samsungs products..4. I know that Android is an open platform, which is the reason for I asked Nokia, who told me that they have not made any custom firmware but are using stuck Android.Regarding Android accessibility: Why does Google not announce officially that Talkback is not included in Android Go, when they tell Nokia that this is the reason for Talkback doesn't run on their phones?I just hope that things will be easier in the future regarding to accessibility in Android, but it might not be possible.However, the good thing about all this is, that you now know that Android Go edition does not include Talkback, unless Nokia and Google gave me the wrong information. Some of us just have to learn things the hard way. I look forward to get better experiences with Android in the future.

In regards to your second point  whether or not Nokia makes a custom firmware has no bearing on whether or not talkback is included on android go. The important thing is whether or not talkback is installed to begin with. Talkback is a Google specific screen reader, just as voice assistant is a Samsung screen reader. Therefore, if Nokia doesn't make their own screen reader, then talkback will probably not be included on the installed Android operating system, just as it was not included on samsungs phones. Whoever told you that talkback would work on your phone is probably correct, assuming that it was installed, which it seems it wasn't, and so I wouldn't say that it was the fault of that individual for giving you what appeared to be missinformation, because your inquiry was based on the presumption that talkback was be preinstalled. Bear in mind, that android OS being a third party platform does not have any screen reader installed, unless it is provided by the manufacturing company, such as Google, samsung or anyone else that provides it. Someone can correct me if I'm wrong, but this is my understanding

Most android phones should have tb by default, unless it is Samsung, where they simply don't and go with va, or Huawei because well, you know, no google services.My experience with Nokia was ok, I had a 3, just stock android, no go and I couldn't turn tb on by myself from the shortcuts, but I called one of my friends and he helped me press the accessibility settings button on the setup wizard, went to tb and voila, it turned itself on.I thought Nokia fixed the shortcuts from since I had my experiences with them.And the fact that android go doesn't have tb is bs, I had to configure the first Nokia 1 that was released 3 years ago and the thing had tb on it.

First of all, I want to thank you for your interest in creating audio games. The games launched over the years in the community have delighted millions of people and have brought us the feeling that we are equal, in this respect, with people who have no vision problems.Unfortunately, there is a category of people who, however, cannot fully enjoy all the games: these are those who do not know English very well and / or not at all. They handle most genres, using an NVDA add-on, called "Nvda translate" which translates the text read into the desired language.Even if there are a few bugs (sometimes they refuse to work), it is heavenly manna for us.The problem occurs when the game does not support NVDA, or expresses itself through voice actors.Fortunately, the problem can be solved relatively easily, by adding replica text subtitles / accepting NVDA as a screen reader. These "subtitles" can be very good in English as well. The translator will do the rest of the work )!Since I've been on this site (about 1 year), I've found some such games with excellent feetback and I've been very sad because I can't check them out.So, if you are going to create / have created something like this, I kindly ask you to consider my request.I am convinced that there are many people who have this problem and who would be very happy to have the opportunity to take advantage of all the games so praised by this genre.In addition, the game would spread to people who may never have heard of it.I wish you much success in the future.

Admittedly, Google could probably do a better job of renaming Android Go to something indicating that it is a different product line. But it really sounds like Nokia is at fault for not knowing their own products.Don't get me wrong--I use both Android and an iPad, and if it weren't for key tools I need not being available on the iPad, and for their poor developer experience, I'd likely use an iPhone for that reason alone. So I'm not an Android fanboy by any means. But I wouldn't necessarily assume that Android Go runs Accessibility Suite unless explicitly called out, as it is for Android, Wear OS, Chrome OS, etc. but notably *not* Android *Go*. And I'm sorry you had a bad experience. I'd have been surprised if it worked, but I'm sad that it didn't.

You can access some things, but it's very visual. Going into SL blind feels like you have more of a disability than in the real world. You need help to do so many things that you wouldn't in real life, or that you may require minimal assistance in real life.Picking out clothing is one. You have to buy clothing, but since Radegast is a text-only client for a 3D game, you cannot access certain aspects of the clothing, i.e. the HUD that so many of them have for various options. So you need to find clothing that doesn't have the HUD. Then you actually need help getting dressed because there is no way to organize clothing so that you know what each piece is.There are events held in Second Life. Everything from conferences to concerts, speaking engagements, what have you. All these things you will be able to go to, but you will need help from someone else to know where to be. Without that, you'll either be standing at a random place, or you'll try to find a chair in the list and sit down, only for someone to tell you that you've just sat down on someone else.My conclusion about it is that it's not a game or an audio game, and that we can't play it without a lot of sighted help. I totally understand that some people do view this as a much better alternative to life. For instance, without giving too much away, I've met people on there with very serious disabilities that severely limit their physical capabilities in the real world. But what they have is the ability to see, so when they go into SL, they can feel free as a bird in there. I'm not trying to take that away from anyone. But it's just that if you're blind, you won't get that experience. You'll feel more of a burden in there than you do in real life. You won't be able to do as much as you can in real life, and you won't have access to even a tenth of a percent of the things that SL has to offer. This is why I'm not recommending it for candidacy in the database.

I do remember having everything set up thanks to that guide, and used Kodi for a lot of things including listening to music on Jango and some other goodies.But, given the fact that the screen reader is no longer being supported, and I'm not sure how to set it up in this machine, I'm afraid I'm  leaving it for good

I am enjoying this. I found a nice spot by a waterfall and just chilling while I listen to the growth of the sounds around me. I would like an option to reset the whole garden though for different sounds. additionally being able to select some of the different sounds to save them, and add them to other gardens later on would be pretty nice.

It was a pretty chill place to hang out, share music, and program random stuff. Most of the player base is pretty cool too. Lots of unique individuals with lots of different expertise. Likely if you need help with something someone can figure something out, assuming you're not a dick about it. I don't log in any more though. Mostly because I prefer to isolate rather than socialize for any length of time. There's suppose to be a townhall meeting coming up I think, if it hasn't already happened, and there is/was going to be some kind of workshop to get new people into the community. Just because one or two or three people have come out with some bad experiences doesn't mean that you will!

Honestly I've never tried it. I remember researching it at some point and finding a dealbreaker, but don't recall what it was. Let me see:Hmm, it may have been the lack of VSCode support, or maybe the awkward .Net Core/Mono split. Hopefully .Net 5 will resolve that. Not necessarily opposed to giving it a shot, but aside from Dart being kind of an ugly lowest-common-denominator language, Flutter gives me all the things I need.

What I've already said for one. Not viewing the game as a complete system and just randomly changing things with no consideration of how it fits everything else. The bridge tile sounds like a washing machine lid or something like that. I've walked on metal bridges before and I've never heard one that sounds like that. The tiles could stand to be normalized to a common gain and downmixed to mono. The revolver sounds ridiculous, like a defective fidget spinner on the draw sound and like some sort of weird synthesis of what a gun should sound like. The reload sound is just not realistic at all. I had to ask for a week why the axe hit sound wasn't playing, finally I found out yesterday that the file wasn't named correctly. Like, that would have taken less than 5 seconds to fix, and while I get that you're not going to release a client update just for that, I don't see why I had to ask most every day for near a week either.Weapon draw sounds don't match their timers, so the sound will stop but you still can't fire. The most egregious example I can think of is the minigun.Finally, most of what you guys do is stuff you don't even want to do but that needs doing, so you only do it when enough people bitch, but then it's half-assed, and needs tweaking across several server updates to be right. It's because of this that the game's not balanced at all. A time bomb only doing in the low hundreds of damage? It's a damn bomb, it should do minimum 750 and max 1500. To make up for that huge potential of damage, you can't spam it. Mines, I've said it time and again and again and again and again and again, you shouldn't be allowed to stack mines on top of someone else, or on top of each other. It's not fair. I've had it done to me and have done it to others and either way you slice it, it's not fair. I think mines should take like 3 seconds to place, and while you're doing that, you can't do anything else. They should have an associated placing sound and you're vulnerable the whole time until you can move again. You should also not be allowed to mine within 5 tiles of a travel point. Same with time bombs, but maybe like 1 second.The cannon is fucked, because ever since that update where we can't walk with it anymore, we can't even turn. That's just ridiculous and low-effort in my opinion.It's a cannon, it should turn, that's kind of what they do, they pivot and tilt. If a cannon can't turn, it's pretty well useless unless your enemy just happens to be where it's aiming at.There's a bug in the weapon class selection where if you change classes, but hit the same number of the weapon that was already selected in the previous class, the change will not be made, and you'll first have to select another number, then go back to the previous one. I should have kept my mouth shut about weapon classes. I take responsibility for this because I never should have said anything. It wasn't implemented correctly, again, a low-effort, half-assed job.Let's talk about robots. What makes robots magically able to hit a player in the air even though nothing else in the game can unless it jumps or climbs to match the same Y level as the player. Why is their vertical range so great that even on top of the bridge, they can hit you from underneath it. I get simulating the ability to aim, but then actually make the robot stop moving and aim. I'll get back to robots in a minute when I talk about optimizations that could be made to reduce lag. And when I say optimizations, I mean real ones, not fake low-effort stuff like removing the cannon loop sound, which was stupid and which was actually useful. Let's face it, any lag that sound eliminated - which isn't going to be much - was just taken up by that lion pit.Hand grenades aren't fair either. As much as I love to spam them at people for easy kills, it's not fair to them to have it done that way. Instead of having the grenades do a measly amount of damage, ramp up the damage but increase the time to throw. Remember, to throw a grenade, you first must pull out and drop or throw the pin, then wind up, aim, and lob the grenade. Those grenade sounds are choppable and can be made to work in any configuration, so audio isn't the issue there. Again, ramp up the damage, these are fragmentation grenades. The explosion isn't what kills you, it's the shrapnel that goes in every direction from that explosion point. They are designed to go through your skin and pierce your organs.I've heard talk on and off about what to do about shield replacement. I feel this is something that needs addressed because I don't like having to find an animal or something to try to break my shield when I only have a few hundred HP left, but I know it's not going to hold up in a fight. I think you should be able to forfeit a shield, be penalized the 30 seconds, but then be able to replace it with a new one. Oh, and while we're on that topic, why doesn't the shield timer reset on death? Why are we still impacted by

Hey folks,A while back I posted a similar question about Roku, and was talked out of it. I've had a good deal of luck finding accessibility reviews of Amazon FireTVs, but can't find anything for stock Android TV. Is there even a stock Android TV? Anyhow, a few of you commented on that topic and advised going for an Android TV. I didn't respond there because I wanted to focus on Roku in that thread. But now's your chance. What Android TVs do you have, and what are your experiences?I know this forum can't resist veering off-topic, but I'm really trying to focus away from Fire since, like I said, I've already found lots of reviews of those. I'm curious if Android TVs are pretty similar, only with Google Assistant/Play instead of Alexa/Amazon services? Is Amazon's screen reader better, worse, or just different than TalkBack? I really didn't want to have to buy into a huge ecosystem with every new appliance I purchase, hence the initial push for Roku. But if I *have* to, then I'm already heavily invested as a user and developer in Google Android, so that's where I'd like to dive further if I must.Thanks.

Oh, oops, I might be misremembering Aura Master. I knew it was a magic move. But yeah, Psychedelic Spell isn't great on it. I think it gets Earthquake at like level 53 or something silly.Yeah. The fact that I beat the game with shit like Myaneko and Viralite should tell you that it's possible to play offline and do damn near anything. Pokémon does this too. If you're careful enough, you can beat the game with damn near anything. But pokemon thrives because it has a great online meta, which has gotten progressively more complex with every generation. But the reason I've harped on as I have is because I was part of pokemon's second-generation meta, was very active in it, and manamon simply doesn't even come close. I'll give you an example of the sort of team that was prevalent in the GSC metagame, just so you can see the diversity, the strategies and the sorts of win conditions possible.Cloyster with Miracle Berry: Spikes, Surf, Ice Beam, ExplosionMisdreavus with Paralysis Cure Berry: Mean Look, Perish Song, Protect, Pain SplitSnorlax with Leftovers: Curse, Body Slam, Rest, EarthquakeSkarmory with Scope Lens: Drill Peck, Hidden Power Ground, Whirlwind, RestBlissey with Leftovers: Heal Bell, Thunder Wave, Soft-Boiled, Ice BeamRaikou with Leftovers: Thunderbolt, Hidden Power Ice, Rest, Sleep TalkNow, some explanations:Spikes are permanent, unless removed by Rapid Spin (see below). Spikes do chip damage every time a pokemon enters the field, as long as that pokemon is not a flying type.Explosion sacrifices the pokemon who uses it, but it has an incredible base 200 power; it's a normal move, so it fails on ghosts.Surf and Ice Beam are just 95-power special-type STAB.Cloyster has very, very high physical defense, average speed and special attack, bad HP and awful special defense. It's a water-ice type.Mean Look stops a pokemon from getting away.Perish Song will make both pokemon faint in three turns unless they switch.Protect makes you invulnerable for one turn, but gets less likely to work every time you use it in succession.Pain Split takes your opponent's HP, your HP, adde them together, splits the number in half and divides it equally (so it's a great way to steal a bunch of HP if you're weak and your foe is nearly at full HP).Misdreavus's attacking stats aren't great, but its speed is decent. Switch it in when you see your opponent's probable spinner; Rapid Spin comes out, Misdreavus takes no damage, your spikes stay put.Curse lowers speed by a stage, raises attack and defense by a stage each.Body Slam is an 85-power physical normal move with a 30% chance to cause paralysis, which in pokemon also means that the paralyzed mon's speed is cut to 1/4 of normal; they almost always go last in a turn.Rest restores full HP, whereafter the pokemon spends two full turns asleep, then wakes up on turn 3 and can attack.Earthquake is a 100-power physical ground move.Snorlax has a ton of HP, great attack and special defense, average or slightly low physical defense, and absolutely awful speed. I'm not sure what's going on but, I set it up right the first time. Now the number of times I press the arrow keys is random, the menu is the same but pressing right can be 1 to 3 times and up is the same.only difference I have were a couple of Windows updates

Oh, oops, I might be misremembering Aura Master. I knew it was a magic move. But yeah, Psychedelic Spell isn't great on it. I think it gets Earthquake at like level 53 or something silly.Yeah. If you're careful enough, you can beat the game with damn near anything. But pokemon thrives because it has a great online meta, which has gotten progressively more complex with every generation. But the reason I've harped on as I have is because I was part of pokemon's second-generation meta, was very active in it, and manamon simply doesn't even come close. I'll give you an example of the sort of team that was prevalent in the GSC metagame, just so you can see the diversity, the strategies and the sorts of win conditions possible.Cloyster with Miracle Berry: Spikes, Surf, Ice Beam, ExplosionMisdreavus with Paralysis Cure Berry: Mean Look, Perish Song, Protect, Pain SplitSnorlax with Leftovers: Curse, Body Slam, Rest, EarthquakeSkarmory with Scope Lens: Drill Peck, Hidden Power Ground, Whirlwind, RestBlissey with Leftovers: Heal Bell, Thunder Wave, Soft-Boiled, Ice BeamRaikou with Leftovers: Thunderbolt, Hidden Power Ice, Rest, Sleep TalkNow, some explanations:Spikes are permanent, unless removed by Rapid Spin (see below). Spikes do chip damage every time a pokemon enters the field, as long as that pokemon is not a flying type.Explosion sacrifices the pokemon who uses it, but it has an incredible base 200 power; it's a normal move, so it fails on ghosts.Surf and Ice Beam are just 95-power special-type STAB.Cloyster has very, very high physical defense, average speed and special attack, bad HP and awful special defense. Known issues:1. The previous narrative text is sometimes selected instead of the first options, when the current narrative text is selected and the user swipes right to focus the next item.2. When traversing the character screen and/or selected items, there's an issue with the order in which the information is focused. I don't have a solution for this yet. 3. when opening menus, tabs etc, there's a slight delay before the focus is changed to the expanded tab or new view. This is something that I've been unable to work around and seems to be an issue with React Native. I'm hoping this is not a problem.
