Your quest log can be found in the character tab. From there you can select one of the tutuorial quests.Yes the game works on multiple browsers, however some tend to work better than others.

The chat system isn't inaccessible, I and other screen reader users use it everyday without issue. It will be a little more difficult to chat on a mobile device, but it is still accessible. I personally dislike all chat platforms on a mobile device, so this isn't a big deal for me. There is also a letter system, but I wouldn't call it chatting, more of a way to communicate with those not online.Nolly

Hi, yes the game is accessible with voice over using an iPad or iPhone. However it is important to know that you can not use the swipe gesture to navigate  everything. For example when you go to your residence you will have to use your finger to slide around (or tap) until you find a specific link like meals, which should read to us as "Meals.PHP". If you try to click one of the other links without the .PHP it will not work. Using the headings, buttons and other router  functions will help a lot as well. Traveling will be a bit more difficult since I believe the overworld map does not display as it does on a laptop or desktop computers browser. This is just the map though and it is still possible to travel using the X and Y locations, which if you need a copy of notable locations I can either post them here or in game in a letter. I believe it is also still in the town hall in Camaar posted by our last Mayor Framer_Ted who was doing his best to make screen reader users feel comfortable.The Tavern chat sadly yes still does not stop scrolling even when you select auto scroll off. While this is an inconvenience it is still possible to sit in and chat, you just need to be a little quick when reading new messages. I find it's easiest to find the chat edit box and go up from there. As I understand the chat platform is not created by the developer and again sadly not much can be done for this issue. However sounds have been added that work across all browsers that you can customize for incoming and outgoing messages, incoming and outgoing players and other actions. This helps so you don't constantly have to check to see if someone wrote something new or if someone entered the room. I do not believe this will work on an iPhone or iPhone though, and it is very difficult regardless to chat using these devices even if the sound works.There are many shortcuts that can be done to navigate quickly with a reader using things like headings, buttons, visited links tables, so it's a good idea to learn the layout of the pages you go to the most.If all else fails send Lord Aro a letter, he will be more than happy to assist you if you need anything information wise.Nolly

Yes making money is sometimes difficult in the beginning, however the game isn't designed to need much money nor is the primary goal to make lots of money right away. Raising a skill to help you support yourself should be your the first thing you set out to do.However if money making is your style of play, there are certain skills which are better at making money than others. Things like cooking, breeding, raising animals for goods and later on wood chopping. I would highly advise avoiding the crafting skills Blacksmithing, Tailoring, Alchemy and Carpentry as your primary skill to level, at least until you can raise another skill to support yourself. These four skills while important are not big money makers and are some of the harder skills to increase.I forgot to mention in my first post that the game has many generous established players who will gladly help out with items such  as beds, wood, nails, axes, journals and even money if asked. The best method to seek help is either through your town leader or to visit the tavern and ask if anyone is willing to give you anything they have to spare as you are a new player.As I mentioned the game is not one of those play for 8 hours and get a massive instant gratification experience. Fill it in with another game or two, and try to remember that making a ton of money sounds great, but it will only get you so far if you only seek to make silver to horde your earnings as I've seen some players in game do. There shouldn't really be very much you need right away, often times gaining what you need from quests or others around you to help you along.

Hi, a few of us have been playing Grail Lords now for nearly two years and I thought it would be a good time to post on it again. The game mainly revolves around crafting with some combat elements. It is a web browser based game that is designed to be played at a daily slow pace. It is best if played as a supplement to your daily game play, not meant for hard core hour after hour continual play like other games, so if you are looking for something to do everyday without the need to spend a lot of time managing multiple things, this might be a good game for you.The developer has been working ever since I began playing to make the game more accessible and while there are still a few things that need to be done to make quality of life easier, the game is fully accessible and constant changes are being made. It is a one man operation though, so please keep that in mind and be respectful if you do decide to play and want to send him suggestions.A few important things if you decide to take the plunge and give the game a try. The first is as I stated above the game is a slow paced game with your ability to perform actions capped by a daily limit. This limit does eventually go up, but it is definitely not going to happen within your first week in the game, think marathon rather than a sprint. The second and this is very important is that the game has currently four towns that you can live in. I'd like to say that all four are equal, but unfortunately starting in one of the newer towns will make life difficult for new players. You do have the option to move, however this is not advisable nor possible until you complete a few of the starter quests, so you will be temporarily rooted to your town after character creation.The four towns in no particular order are Camaar, Spero, Azetyth and Sarmiz. Camaar and Spero are the two largest poplulated and best suited for new players, as items are more readily available and there are more opportunities to make money on a daily basis. Azetyth and Sarmiz are the newer towns with a lower population rate and while there is absolutely nothing wrong with either town, I would highly advise starting in Camaar or Spero then moving later on to Azetyth or Sarmiz if you really are set on living in one of these two newer towns, so please choose wisely.I  live in Camaar and am one of the councilors, so if you do decide to begin in Camaar, I will do everything I can to help kick start your game experience, either by the town directly or by myself. This does not mean I will not help if possible, but I may not be able to help immediately if someone else in Camaar requires my help. I will however be able to get in contact with other town leaders to get you help if you need it.The game is completely free to pay and while it does have the option to buy grail tokens, it is not necessary to play the game. Grail tokens can be obtained by other means including quests and by using the in game currency easily enough. I also did not give anything to the kickstarter, however I've donated a lot in the past, and due to past experiences wasn't filled with any confidence that the game would improve.I spent months even years waiting for something, anything that showed a sign of promise, but actions speak louder than words, and there was very little action to be seen during my time playing.Perhaps one day the game will improve, I still log in from time to time in hopes something has changed, but these logins have become further and further apart and could eventually cease all together.

I've been playing Travelers Quest for over a year now and I have found that it is the only GPS game I've enjoyed playing that was nearly 100% accessible, short of the obvious maps since it is a graphic that updates in real time.I say was because Apple broke the app in IOS 12 by changing the way certain screens are displayed. It still works in it's live version using IOS 11 or earlier, but if you have the newest IOS, voice over will not be able to read key elements in the app, making it unplayable.All is not lost though as I as well as another  blind player are part of the beta program. I can't say exactly what changes are coming out, however I can say that when the newest version of the app is released the app will work even better than it did in previous versions with voice over thanks to the great developers who are working hard to correct the issue Apple created with the release of IOS 12.The game has no limitation to play regardless of where you live. It can be played anywhere in the world, as long as you are using a cellular device and have an internet connection. When I say everywhere, I do mean everywhere. There have been reports of treasures being located even in a remote place such as Antarctica. Dark, the connection issue you have is most likely caused by your location either not being turned on or is restricted in some way in your settings. I know others have had this issue when starting out, but I can't recall exactly what the fix was as it was a long time ago. The other blind beta tester also lives in the UK, so I know it does work there.All in all I love the game and wouldn't give it up for any game I play right now, since it is something I can play on a daily basis, especially if I am going on a trip. If you still own a device with IOS 11 I would give this game a try. Even if you don't own a device with IOS 12 I would give this game a try once the new updated version is released. Unfortunately I don't know when this is going to happen, as there are still things the developers are trying to smooth out in the app to make it work with IOS 12.Final note, even though the game does offer in app purchases, only one of the abilities are necessary to play the game long term. It is not real money dependent like so many other GPS apps out there, i.e. Landlord Tycoon. The app also has it's own Facebook page as well as a Facebook group page where people communicate to trade their treasures from where they live while traveling to different locations. The developers are constantly creating new treasure collections, typically no less than 5 per year, such as Easter and Halloween collections for the year it is released.

I know a sighted person can tell a Pokémon's gender by the Venus or Mars sign located near their name, but does anyone know if there is a way for us to quickly tell what gender a Pokémon is without sighted assistance? I mean other than taking it to the day care and seeing if it will breed with another Pokémon.

I'm late to answer, but I've found the lag or delay does not happen for me (using Jaws( if I perform actions continually one after the other, i.e.  pressing a key directly after another. if you don't want to button mash, press and hold shift an instant before performing an action to cause the lag to be nearly eliminated for the secondt key stroke, because holding down shift counts as a key stroke being continually pressed, and since shift most times doesn't perform an action, it won't cause an  action other than the second key you press. For example, when you are in your inventory and you want to move down through your items, you can press and hold shift an instant before you press the down arrow to eliminate the lag from pressing the down arrow for the first time. Keep in mind however that once you stop pressing the arrow key for longer than half a second or so, the next time you press the arrow key the lag may return for the next key stroke, as
  holding shift isn't perfect. If done correctly, this method makes game play much easier. I don't know if this works for other screen readers, but it can't hurt to try.

I rarely worry what I choose as my Bard's second class, because it won't matter much during battle. Regardless of this fact it is not a good idea to pair a bard with another class/job that uses ability points. The reason is that the Bard class can use their songs regardless of if they have negative ability points. What this means is you can easily have negative points during a fight and won't be able to use other techniques such as Hide, Flurry etc. Second, the Bard song takes around two turns to recover from, so pair it with something that can cast a quick spell now and then. This is because you will never get to use your other class skills/spells very often, because you will either constantly be waiting for your turn to  come up or will be holding your turn to recast a song. My personal favorite is Necromancer, since you can take a summoned undead pet into battle, and throw an iceblast in every now and then.As far as it is bad to pair a melee class wit
 h a caster class, it's mostly untrue. I do it all the time and if you use the proper gear and class combination, you won't see a major difference. It only becomes a bad idea when you pair a weak melee class with a weak caster class, such as the Adventurer and healer. Try experimenting, but keep in mind that if you start with a melee class first, you can often wear gear you won't normally be able to equip as a caster. Not to mention that you get the dodge skill and can use hide to cast a spell from the shadows. If won't count as a sneak attack, but you can avoid getting hit.Bottom line is good gear can fix almost anything. No matter what c

Another is that a silver weapon and an iron weapon of the same numerical statistical damage are not equal. The iron weapon will most times out damage the silver 
 weapon by a large margin and will be more effective against large dense NPCs such as the Drake.

Things such as the size of your character or what your weapon is made of can greatly affect the outcome of your adventure. Some are obvious but others not so much. For example, an Ogre Fighter can wield a spear in each hand, while a Half-Elf must use both hands to wield a single spear. Another is that a silver weapon and an iron weapon of the same numerical statistical damage are not equal. Just remade a character and pressing " (quote) lets you enter the shop. Don't hold shift eveven though quotes typically requires you to hold the shift key to type it. It's the key that is important, not the actual character. I'm not sure about other keyboards as all my keyboards both wireless and blutooth have a '/" key located to keys to the right from the letter L key, so this is what I use.

I rushed through to level 25 to see the items in the Bazaar, but if I recall you need to press the " key to enter the shops outside of the main town. I think that is the key command, but it's been over 4 years since I last played so some things are a little fuzzy.

Copied from the in game starter guide. It details how to get to floor 5.Part 4: Explore the SewersNow that you have hopefully survived your first combat it is time to explore. You will notice you are now standing in sewer water, this room with sewer water can only be exited by leaving eastward from room 8 to the stone path room 9. Make your way south from room 9, battle the two NPCs then make your way back north to room 4. Keep in mind you will encounter enemies along the way. Once you are at room 4 make your way westward to room 0. Remember to search each room by double clicking the space or pressing the search button in your movement pane. Before moving on from room 0I should warn you that the way down to floor 5 is a sewer grate, and is a one way drop. It isn't anything to concern yourself with as you can go into the bottom of your skillbook and portal back up to floor 3 at anytime, regardless if you have orbs or not. Now continue on south (remember to search)
  to room 15 which is the grate to floor 5. It will automatically drop you into floor 5 room 15.

It depends on what type of guide you would want. Walkthroughs are not that complicated to create, but things such as items found from searching and NPCs are a little bit more complicated  as you can search a room and find an item on one character, but may get drawn into combat on another.What specifically would you want to see in a guide? Pet locations, strategies for certain classes, etc.?

DoT or Damage over Time skills basically distribute damage over a certain number of time, or in this case rounds, rather than in one burst attack (Direct damage).. Venom tip, Toxin Strike, and Toxin Mist are all skills that have a damage over time aspect. The Priestess has one as well that isn't a poison, but I can't remember what it's called. Typically they are stronger than DD skills in a long fight, but only useful to a class that either can heal or avoid damage entirely. In some games it was possible to stack DoT s of different types, dishing out tons of punishment every few seconds while running around avoiding getting hit.

The Time Guardian gets a 2 stamina attack at level 21.TouchMint, does the skill Avenge have any special attributes such as it being unresistable? I've gone through the game 4 times now and the only time I've used the Avenge skill was to test it for bugs. There just isn't anything that hits for enough to make it worth using it, especially if you want the 3rd attack healing bonus.

By chance did you raise the the resist rate and fizzle chance against the last two bosses in the Core area? At level 26 I am being resisted about 33% of the time and fizzling much more than the3% my character stats say I should be playing the Cultist class.Oh and the Cultist buff Grim Chant still isn't giving the leech portion of the buff.

The enchanted pet's buff is really strong going through the sewers portal area. I haven't gotten very far with the Dechanted pet, but I think I am going to like it more later on at higher levels. The only problem I see for myself now is deciding which starter pet I want to start with.

My best advice is place it somewhere it can be easily seen and most importantly can be seen right away, prior to the character creation process. I've run across a number of voice over gamers who can be very lacking in the patience department. If a game is not immediately clear to them, they often give up without trying to read the guide provided if it isn't clearly visible.

They are both nearly equal in damage, but Staggering Blow is probably the more powerful of the two because of the stun chance. Of course once you get Heroic Mind, stuns happen so often you won't worry about it.I normally take Raging Blow into combat, since it doesn't take SP to use.

Hey Touch there is a bug with the skill Mimic. It may have already been reported but the bug goes like this.If your pet kills the final NPC with the Mimic skill, and the skill they Mimic is something other than a normal attack, your character will Mimic that skill for it's first turn during the next combat. For example, the Reptoid pet kills the final NPC with Trueshot, then you enter a new combat, your Mercenary can initiate the Trueshot skill if it uses the base attack skill.Not game breaking but most likely a bug.

Yes, delete the game and do a fresh install of it again. You are sstill using certain data packs from the beta version, something that was transferred when you backed up your phone. It will save game data for some reason if the game is not deleted before your phone is backed up. Think of it like a memory card with player data for the beta version transferred to the live version..Unfortunately this will wipe your characters, but they were linked in the beta version, something I think TouchMint said were not compatible. If you continue to use the game in it's current state, I don't know if updating it will fix it and you may continue to see bugs which were previously fixed.

The"zero" you mention means an equipment slot is empty. to equip an item you need to scroll down to your inventory and double tap an item. It clearly makes an audible sound when you equip and unequip an item. Your starter sword should also already be equipped at the start of the game.This game was tested for over two months by a lot of blind testers who use voice over who completed it with no issues, so I am going to defend the game and mention that a person who plays a new game for an hour should not be so quick to blame the developer. You barely even gave it a chance and did not even wait an hour for the developer to respond to your post.There is nothing majorly wrong with this game from what I and many others have tested. If you are dissatisfied with the game that is one thing, but in the future please do not claim the game is unplayable with voice over, when it is clearly just lack of experience with a brand new game. This game reminds me a lot of the game Final Fantasy: Mystic Quest, with a few differences of course. I don't know how many of you remember or had the chance to play that game, but it was first to come to mind.I wanted to mention one thing I had forgotten until I began thinking of the RPGs I've played in the past. It may sound strange, but one of the biggest things we used to rate our games on and made it memorable was the ending after we had completed it. I know it's just an app and not a full fledged console game, but if you ever want to give any game and edge, add a good ending with a story.

I know a developer gets a certain number of Promo codes when their app is first approved . They can then receive another set of codes when they submit an update. I can only assume 1.01 wasn't a major update and submitted in part to be sent more Promo codes.

Does anyone have a Mercenary that is level 27 that didn't use Endurance gear while leveling? If so what is your base HP without gear? I've only been able to compare a character leveling with and without Wisdom gear. For anyone interested, it's about 100 SP difference leveling with Wisdom gear versus leveling without it, and I didn't even equip every slot with Wisdom gear.

I feel as if my character is litterly laughing at the NPCs as they slowly die from damage over time spells, and she just keeps healing herself when hurt. Reminds me of the Priest class in World of Warcraft.

Yeah I make my ring tones in a similar way with a PC. The main issue though is that I would have to crop the recording because it makes a sound when you search, which bleeds into the pet discovery tone. It's not that hard to do, but it is time consuming cropping something down by tenths of a second. I don't know how it works on a Mac, perhaps Mac users are able to record the sound individually with quicktime, but the method available to me doesn't work like that, at least not one that I can do on my own without a sighted persons help. This is why I was hoping to get an original copy of the tone from TouchMint himself, I wouldn't even mind paying a normal ring tone price if it is something as original as some of his in game sound effects. It would be well worth it to me to not have an alert tone that every IPhone owner uses.

I really like the number system for determining (to signify) in the rankings which class you have completed the game with, because it's impossible to make every class even. I am curious though to how you currently have the classes ranked, as I am a sucker for punishment and will probably try to master the hardest one first, then make my way backwards. I know for sure the Merc and Mutant are two of the easiest to play, but wonder how you rank Ranger and Cultist.Is it possible to add a decimal digit to the end of the rankings? If this is possible then  it would be easier to add new classes as you can rank each class with a number between .01 - .99, where the value is how you feel they rank difficulty wise. Of course you don't have to use up to .99, but it will enable you to leave gaps between classes to fill in new classes. For example, if you place the Merc at .10 it and the Mutant at .30, it leaves room between each one as well as above and below to insert ne
 w classes. This has a strong possibility of working as it's unlikely that two classes will be exactly the same difficulty. Okay, did more research and Apple did indeed remove app extraction or better known as "file transfer in IOS 9 for apps. What this means is unless you have a hard copy of the app on your computer, you cannot re-install the app unless it is currently in the app store. This is important for promo codes for apps that are approved but not live, because it will not recognize the app if you accidently delete it and try to restore it from a backup. I restored one of my other devices and when it tried to install the app, it gave me a message that it was not possible because the app could not be found in the store and/or my computer.I know that was all long winded but I have never used a promo code before where the app was not 100% live, so I am just curious if it will recognize that my account hass it and will appear in my purchased list. It does show that I made a purchase on the date I redeemed it, but all it says is a date, nothing else.Anyone have experience with thi

I have a promo code question. Since IOS 9 was released it is no longer possible to transfer apps from your IPhone to your computer. Supposedly the app installed on your IPhone isn't a "full" version of the app, but only the key components that is necessary to run the app on your phone to save space. I've also verified that it is no longer possible to do this. My question is if a person does not have the app stored on their computer after entering a promo code, and only has it installed on their phone, will it eventually show up under your purchase history so you can install it on another device? I'm asking if it will show up in my purchase history later, and isn't showing up only because the game was approved, but isn't live yet. I just don't like having an app not backed up as there are some apps where older versions might be preferable (Audible) to newer versions. Then there is also the rare time where an app is no longer available,

I typically use medium armor if a certain slot such as leggings is lacking in stats for the heavy class. Give up AC for crit, but it evens out.I'm sure he can tell you in more detail, but you redeem a promo code for apps in the same way you enter a gift card code. I don't know how or if you can through IOS but I used ITunes on my computer to redeem it.

I think the Armorsmith top end gear lacks certain stats to balance things out since you can wear all types of gear, not just heavy. So if you wanted great offensive stats, you will need to equip something with less AC. If this wasn't how T-Mint intended it to be, then it is a better coincidence than I first thought.He also has another heavy class in the works, so perhaps it isn't to balance things out but is waiting till it is finalized before making changes to a craft that at the moment only one class uses.

Holy %*$#! I'm not sure I even want to say this because I love how powerful it is but let me say that when I thought the Ranger was a good class, it pales in comparison to the Mercenary once it hits level 24. It went through 1 Final Thanatos at level 24 with ease, so I thought what the heck let's try 2 at level 25 now that it has access to the Infinite Arena. It was about as hard as facing 1 with a Ranger. All I had was shop bought weapons and Armorsmith crafted items, and what ever items I found throughout the game. I can't even imagine what it can do with better equipment like the Ring of Truth. It's definitely the most forgiving class I've played so far and one of my top two choices to suggest to new starting players. I even cried a little when I couldn't take all the skills I wanted into battle.I did however die the most playing this class as I ran into a little bit of an issue fighting summoned Death oozes. Stupid character kept stunning i
 t so it wouldn't transform. When it finally did it destroyed me.

Holy %*$#! I'm not sure I even want to say this because I love how powerful it is but let me say that when I thought the Ranger was a good class, it pales in comparison to the Mercenary once it hits level 24. It went through 1 Final Thanatos at level 24 with ease, so I thought what the heck let's try 2 at level 25. It was about as hard as facing 1 with a Ranger. All I had was shop bought weapons and Armorsmith crafted items, and what ever items I found throughout the game. I can't even imagine what it can do with better equipment like the Ring of Truth. It's definitely the most forgiving class I've played so far and one of my top two choices to suggest to new starting players. I even cried a little when I couldn't take all the skills I wanted into battle.I did however die the most playing this class as I ran into a little bit of an issue fighting summoned Death oozes. Stupid character kept stunning it so it wouldn't transform. When it fina
 lly did it destroyed me.

I never found the Mother of Frost that difficult due to her lesser damage output, guessing about 2/3 of the Frost Lords overall damage per round. You can also cause her to fizzle more often with de-buffs, and she occasionally does a much weaker melee attack. Of course I am using the term not difficult only when comparing her to the Frost Lord, not to something like say the Faceless Figure.

You and I are a bit opposite, I am good at video games but don't know how to create them. Some people are good at sports, I was good at video games. Not that I didn't enjoy playing sports, but I was never great at them.Is the Frost Lord the top NPC for the Infinite Arena? I was able to take him down last night, and sorry to say that Randal the Creator is cake compared to him.

died twice with my first character, apparently listening to an audio book and walking across hidden platforms don't mix. I however didn't die at all with my second character.Don't ever change the Living Lava, I love them as they create another obstacle that you can't just use brute strength to overcome.Oh and I lied, the same thing that happened with the Frost Wolf Hunter (freezing) happened with the very first NPC in the Infinite Arena. I went to test if a level 1 can get Core materials too and it crashes every time it is his turn to attack.
