Bisa saja ;-) Malah minta ganti baru juga bisa (kidding), masalahnya air setetes bisa jadi masalah buat NB. Ukuran yg tipis dari keyboard menyebabkan tetesan air rembes sampai ke motherboard. Yg parah kalau tetesannya pas diatas bagian regulator, prosesor atau chipset lain. Kalau dirasa cipratannya banyak, saran saya (kalau bisa) bongkar NB nya dan keringkan bagian yg terkena air. Karena sering kejadian nb kecipratan air awalnya ngga apa2, tapi bekas airnya bisa menyebabkan karat di MB. Untuk kasus di bawah, coba cek batere biosnya. Dear rekan2, Buat yg pengalaman pakai getdataback, saya minta bantuan. Ada HD milik customer yang katanya penuh data excel dan word. Sewaktu di kantor cabang ada kerusakan OS, kemudian mereka lakukan reinstall windows XP. logikanya data2 aman, tapi setelah di perbaiki dan PC di kembalikan kepada klien mereka complain data2 hilang dan ngotot HD itu pasti di format ulang. Terbukti PC itu tidak ada lagi bekas login user (PC terhubung jaringan). HD itu sudah saya coba dengan GetDataBack, hasilnya banyak memang folder tapi isinya kosong. Search xls dan doc ngga ketemu satupun, malah ada badsector. Mungkin ngga ya, data2 itu hilang karena tepat berada di sector yg rusak? atau ada cara lain buat melacak data2 lainnya. Mas eko, Kalau menurut saya pribadi, ada interview dari company lain berarti siap2 berkorban dengan aktifitas sehari2 termasuk kepentingan lainnya. Inget lho, kalau ada panggilan interview bukan berarti company itu hanya memanggil 1 orang. Tapi bukan berarti mereka tidak bisa kompromi dengan calon karyawan. Pengalaman saya waktu ada panggilan di gramedia, karena jadwalnya bentrok saya tawar menawar soal waktu dan jam interview. Bahkan sampai 2 kali belum deal mereka masih bersedia tunda. Mereka juga pasti paham, bahwa yang dipanggil interview tidak sedang nganggur. Point 1 sama dengan saya dipanggil perusahaan untuk wawancara, tapi minta ongkos jalan atau uang makan. Kira2 mereka setuju ngga? Bisa jadi malah anda ngga dihubungi lagi. :-) Point 2 mungkin masih masuk akal yah, tapi tergantung company nya. Karena salah satu tujuan interview kalau tidak salah mengetahui kepribadian calon karyawan, jadi tidak hanya skill yang diutamakan. Maaf kalau ada kalimat yang keliru. Jadi inget dulu kenal sama temen2 chatter astaga.com, awalnya beberapa chatter janjian ketemuan. Biasanya di kafe, karena suasana benar2 relax sambil makan/minum yang ringan2, terus ngobrol. Awalnya seputar keseharian chatting sama siapa aja, lama2 bikin acara dan berhasil ngumpulin sampe kurang lebih 100 chatter. Dari situ terus berkembang, pernah kerjasama dengan astaga.com bikin acara semacam bakti sosial dll. Setelah room chatteing astaga "menghilang", kumpulan chatter tetap kompak sampai beberapa lama. Efek positifnya ada yg sampe join bisnis, jadi sahabat curhat dan beberapa orang sampai ke jenjang pernikahan. Dan acara rutin yg dulu sempat beberapa kali jalan adalah piknik bersama, terus disana buat permainan dll. Menurut saya jangan bikin acara dulu. Kalo bisa, janjian aja siapa yg bisa hari sabtu ketemuan dimana gitu? Kemungkinan besar memang di hardwarenya, menurut teknisi NB di tempat saya.. penyakit itu bisa disebabkan prosesor dan memory. Coba cek salah satunya, yang paling gampang memory dulu. Saya udah instal ulang malahan. Dan sampai paska instal ulang (recovery) dgn OS yang sama, Notebook ini masih gak bisa shutdown. Tombol startnya capek ditekan nggak mau hidup. Terakhir aku buka batere lalu pasang lagi, eh.. hidup. Tapi layarnya tetap padam. Begitu terus selama semalaman. Kadang-kadang power indikatornya hidup lagi. Tadi pagi begitu dites hidup, layarnya nyala. Tapi kasih pesan bahwa sistem failure, jadi aku masuk ke bios, dan mendefaultkan semua [F9]. Sudah mau botting dan masuk ke Windows. Yang jadi masalah, setiap di-shut down, bukannya shut down, malah restart terus. Kira-kira ada masalah apa dengan laptop saya? Apa mesti instal ulang? Atau BIOS-nya bermasalah? Dan, kalau diinstal linux, distro apa yang ringan dan bakal cocok untuk mendukung wifi di laptop ini. Saya pakai Intel Centrino. Awal masalahnya adalah pada saat otakatik tuneup utility dan spysweeper, tiba2 PC tidak bisa masuk jaringan. Firewall client menunjukkan pc saya tidak terhubung dengan ISA server. saya coba remove semua prog di atas, non aktifkan menu2 di msconfig dan lewat cont. panel-administrative tool-services saya coba start DHCP client, hasilnya PC bisa terhubung jaringan, bisa browsing internet dan email outlook. Tapi masalahnya sekarang, PC tidak bisa browsing jaringan dengan keterangan "Unable to browse the network. The network is not present or not started". Terus saya coba lagi lewat services, aktifkan "Computer Browser" tapi ada messg error " Could not start the Computer Browser service on local computer. tadinya saya juga ragu... ragu mo ikutan jawab atau ngga. takut ntar dikira promosi :-) sekedar tambahan, ini berdasarkan pengalaman lho... rata2 pc branded lebih bagus tapi juga lebih mahal karena kualitas komponennya juga bagus. Tapi kita ngga bisa pilih2 komponen misalnya mau VGA yg 128MB atau harddisk merk X, cdrom atau DVD tertentu karena semua itu sudah termasuk paket. bedanya dengan beli rakitan, bisa pilih2 sendiri mau pakai apa komponen apa saja (sesuai budget dan kebutuhan). Ada orang yg pengalaman beli pc rakitan sampai beberapa tahun di pakai ngga masalah, sehingga suatu saat beli lagi dia akan tetap pilih rakitan. begitu juga sebaliknya yang biasa beli branded (meski lebih mahal dikit). Tapi yang terpenting sih menurut saya adalah service-nya, beli rakitan di Mg2 misalnya, kalau ada kerusakan biasanya kita yg harus bawa2 kesana. Beli branded tertentu ada fasilitas service kunjungan, support by phone bahkan bisa sampaikan claim lewat email dan tentunya jaminan / garansi spareparepart 1 tahun. Asumsi saya yang anda maksudkan dengan catridge remanufaktur itu adalah catridge yang compatible dengan printer tapi produk baru dari vendor printer ybs. 1. HP tidak pernah merekomendasikan penggunakan catridge compatible maupun refill 2. Bila kualitas remanufacturenya rendah, bisa menyebabkan terjadinya kebocoran yang pada akhirnya bisa merusak komponen printer secara keseluruhan. Untuk kualitas cetak, itu juga bergantung pada kualitas tonernya. Bila bagus, hasilnya juga mirip dengan print out dari catridge original. Saran saya, jangan terlalu terpaku pada harga.
