Hi Debbie,
This can help with getting to sleep. Immediately before getting into bed, I
stand next to bed,
eyes open and turn head as far as possible left and then right and allow my
shoulders to
swing along too. About 2 or three seconds per turn. Allowing my eyes to flick
from one object

bit of
patience and practise and is good. Do this for a minute or three. Works for me
and I think it is
because the brain is filled with thousands of benign pictures which it then
happily processes

It also helps to see myself sleeping sufficiently and waking refreshed. I try

2007-07-07 Thread Carlos Prez

Hello, fellow list members,

I honestly believe we all have the main responsibility in relation to
keeping this marvelous list within reasonable limits and maximum efficiency
for the benefit of all of us, including Mike, the list owner.

I have learned so much from the off-topic subjects posted that I can not be
thankful enough to posters and Mike´s patience, but we have come to a point
in which Silver topics are...Off Topic!!!

I have been quite busy recently, and in just around three days I found 395
unread messages. Revised about 200 of them, and 2 days later I had over 200
between unread and new ones.

We are the only ones, not Mike, that can make the difference between
something extremely useful to improve our knowledge and everybody´s health,
and a boring big load to face in order to sort out what is really important
for the benefit of the group, and what should go someplace else.

We should exert moderation when it comes to our own personal problems. The
welfare of the group should always be above our own personal interests.

the different feeling. Ruth

Hi Ruth,

I'm curious. Do you also have an unidentified cough
off and on with the pain in your ribcage area? Reason
I'm asking is because several in my family have acid

symptoms you described, especially after eating

Just curious, tho, as you've never mentioned having a
cough.

Also, have they ever tested you for an ulcer?

The copper mesh is fully integrated into the mouth of the mask.
The use of copper as a filter for breathing can alleviate
illness from airborne pathogens by eliminating or diminishing in
strength and form these harmful pathogens. By breathing through
the mask made of copper many important facts happen: The person
who breaths through it inhales energy by inhaling this energy
the lungs will clear of any bacteria. The mask will eliminate
any type of breathing problems, asthma and reinforce the lungs
to the smallest capillaries, including any type of Influenza,
Birth flu, T.B, and may help people with AIDS to gain strength
to fight this sickness. The blood loaded with energy will help
to fix any internal organs and in the process will burn fat
cells in the process of fixing and reinforcing the muscles in
the different parts of the body. Breathing through the mask can
help eliminate children obesity. I have been testing this mask
with hundreds of people in the last 10 years and have had
excellent results for what I just mentioned above. People who
have been using it eliminated their asthma problems, lost weight
and didn't get sick for years from any type of Influenza. /
Additional Notes taken from the video - Carlos is now 70 years
old, stronger than he was when he was 30. Copper eliminates any
type of mental sickness, Alzheimers, Parkinsons, strokes, Avian
Flu, Tuberculosis and gives vitality to the whole system. Just
breathing the copper will produce the results. 10 years ago he
was dying. Would fall asleep when he drove. When he placed
copper on his head (looks like copper chore girl scubber
stretched out to make a mesh net) and he felt good. Made a mask
and slept while breathing through it. Carlos says he no longer
needs glasses, can see like an eagle now. For 4 years now he
hasn't gotten sick. Doctor told him he would die 4 years ago and
he is alive and healthy thanks to breathing copper. Where to buy
http://www.carlocopper.com/ / As you can see, this is
eminently easy to do for yourself. Any grocery store of decent
size will have these COPPER CHOREBOYS and your hardware store
should be able to custom order copper mesh if they don't have it
in stock. Or you can buy on the internet. He makes a lot of
claims for this and it doesn't appear it would do any harm to

2007-07-07 Thread Dan Nave

Dan

JES AM PM wrote:

Okay Gang - got to jump in on this one guys...

I had my blood tested last year; it had been several years so I figured it
was time. I had something happen that I have never had happen and although
I can't prove it - yet; I am sure I am right.

First - the doc sent me to a hospital to have the blood drawn - claimed
that

he couldn't write the script for a laboratory in the next town over.. okey
dokey although I have premium health insurance...
Next thing I know, I get a call asking me to come in right away...something
about my test results...well it seems that my cholestrol is really really
high (never been before BTW). Doc wants me to start in on prescription
meds

- I refuse of course. I start back on a strict regimen of lecithin and red
yeast rice... I re-test two different ways: 1) at a red cross type of
free blood testing at a seminar; 2) I go back to my old doctor and have it
tested (by the same company BTW - since the insurance is all the same)...
VOILA - my cholestrol is not high.

Now - I may have a case for fraud here. You see this doctor (the first
doctor) had told me at one time that he was really good friends with a
pharmaceutical supply / salesman. BEFORE all of this - about 6 months
before
this bloodwork; He also prescribed for me a diabetic medication and did
not

tell me why; when I tried to get it filled, the pharmacist, who knew me
rather well ??? questioned it. He said did Dr. So and So run blood work
- I

said no... and you could tell that he knew something I didn't hmmm I
smell a jail cell for somebody.

I found out last week, this same doctor is on a 3 year VERY strict
probation

in Georgia for a very serious offense.

Conclusion - I believe - like I said - can't prove - yet; that the doctor
and the hospital are in collusion and that my blood was never tested as
none
of the results were normal.. OH also - they said I had been in menopause
for

5 years - that turned out to be a lie, too. My old doctor was like?? say
what? oh no... I've known you for years and that's when the new testing
started. Oh, and I ain't done yet. Then the hospital tried to throw me
into collection within 3 weeks of the test - BEFORE I received a bill; I
received a collection notice Beware of the thieves.

So moral of the story; you can't believe everything you hear; you can't
even

believe what you read AND FOR sure can't trust doctors... or hospitals.
More of the story; now a local woman died in April under this same doctor's
care in the ER at the same hospital.. what do you think - anybody know a
good attorney, officer of the court?

Jeanine
