Hi RaVen,
You are probably right, although I think I resolved all my nutritional
deficiencies for the moment.
The most potent superfood that I use is a combination of Fermented Cod Liver
Oil (FCLO) and high vitamin Butter Oil (BO). The only source I trust for these
items is Green Pasture, which brands their products as 'Blue Ice':
greenpasture.org
They also have a nice combo product called Infused Coconut
Oil:http://www.greenpasture.org/public/Products/InfusedCoconutOil/

If you research, you will notice that trusted distributers around the world are
selling these Blue Ice products that are provided by Green Pasture. Dave and
Barb Wentzel are supper serious about maintaining the quality and purity of
their products. They are heroes in my book.
Those are the products that I use when I think I need a 'supplement' for my
diet - meaning that I take a small spoonful of the above products two or three
of times a day. But I only do that when I think my diet is lacking. I also use
their coconut ghee (ghee is basically BO).
A similar combination is natto and ghee. These are foods, not supplements, so
it can be easier to implement them into your diet (depending on your tastes).
There are many different good brands of those products, but you do have to be
careful, as there are many bad or fake ghee products these days. Natto is a
Japanese food that can be difficult to find (It is fermented soybean).
A key point to the above is the nutritional synergy between the products, so
they must be taken together to have the maximum impact. For example, cooking
natto and eggs in ghee is one way. Taking a spoonful of the Infused Coconut Oil
product is another.
Another important point is not what we add, but what we remove: No white sugar
or white flour if possible. I use Einkorn and Spelt, which I soak and sprout
sometimes. Grains block our ability to absorb nutrition, so they must be
eliminated or processed properly - fermenting, soaking, souring, sprouting,
etc. This is one of the 'secrets' that Weston Price found among all of the
'primitive' people that used grains.
OK, so this email is too long. Sorry about that. I will send another about some
'fun' foods that I use to aid my nutrition.

Yes, you can get the Green Pasture products from many distributors in the UK.
The best way to find them is to search for 'Blue Ice Code Liver Oil UK' or
similar with 'Blue Ice' in it. You will see many vendors. Or you can go
straight to Amazon.co.uk and do the same search. You will see many products.

These products have quite a foul taste for most people, which is why capsule
options are popular. However, the oils are much more cost effective. It is
helpful to read all the information on the Green Pasture website to get a
good idea about what to expect.

Hi Dee, you can get a good selection of Green pastures cod liver oils from
funkyraw.com. here in the UK. They're a good firm to deal with. Ive used
them a lot. Their prices and postage are the most reasonable I've found.

Sorry Dee lol

Yes, you can get the Green Pasture products from many distributors in the
UK. The best way to find them is to search for 'Blue Ice Code Liver Oil UK'
or similar with 'Blue Ice' in it. You will see many vendors. Or you can go
straight to Amazon.co.uk and do the same search. You will see many products.

These products have quite a foul taste for most people, which is why
capsule options are popular. However, the oils are much more cost
effective. It is helpful to read all the information on the Green Pasture
website to get a good idea about what to expect.

 Hi Dee,

I have struggled myself with the idea of how to 'easily' get these
devices. Dr. Beck was amazing, as he traveled around and showed people how
to build these devices very cheaply, and he published all the schematics.
However, that is still not practical for most of us.

I have the devices from Sota Instruments in Canada, and I am not sure if
they ship to the UK. And it is expensive in any case, even without
shipping. There are various devices and plans published online, but I'm
afraid that my opinion is not worth much concerning those. Others on this
list know far more than I do. I have seen the 'Godzilla' zapper mentioned
here and elsewhere previously, and of course the Hulda Clark device was
just mentioned. But again, I am not sure if these are equivalent to the
 actual Beck devices.

In late 2013 I actually purchased another set of devices from Sota, as
they were the only devices that I was confident in. However, that speaks as
much to my ignorance as my trust. I simply have not made enough effort to
get comfortable with alternatives, and I am too lazy to build my own. The
Sota devices have served me well, with my eight year old set still getting
regular use, and a new set in NY being used by family members. As Nancy
mentioned, the previous blood electrification unit was quite uncomfortable
for most people; however, the newer unit is much better, though still
cumbersome. I am curious about alternatives, so I will be educating myself
 further.

I imagine that you can get a device for making ozonated water in the UK,
and perhaps someone here has a recommendation. The Sota devices are good
machines, and I recommend them, but I also appreciate that cost and
logistics can be a deal breaker.

I hope others have better answers for you.

Thanks, Victor, I also have the Magnetic Pulser (MP).  I use it on problem
areas where there is any pain.  I fell on the concrete floor of the garage
recently and my left knee was swollen above the knee and over the ligaments on
both sides below the kneecap.  I had to limp and take stairs one at a time,
bending only my good knee.   I had a bad knee 6 years ago and it took 9 months
to heal, part of the healing was taking advice from someone on the silverlist
to take 2 Tbsp. of MSM a day, and part was becoming a vegetarian.  But this
time I used my MP on it several times a day, took the MSM, and also wore a
Neodymium magnet, 1 diam. x 1/8 thick, putting it over the place with the
most pain at the time, and sleeping with it as well.   I've had very good
results for several years using them over my knee and also hip joints, kills
all pain in just a few days.   Anyway, 3-4 weeks later, I am mostly pain-free
but still wear the magnet a lot, and have my range of motion back, no more
swelling.
We haven't been very good at using it pulsing lymph nodes, it seems we tend to

Re: CSBeck Protocol

2015-03-02 Thread Victor Cozzetto
Hello again RaVen,

A couple of more comments about foods. I nice dietary guide here:

http://www.westonaprice.org/health-topics/abcs-of-nutrition/dietary-guidelines/

And specific things we do in my house:

1. We make and drink kefir every day. In NY my family can get raw milk too,
but that is not an option for me in Japan.

2. We make our own bread several times a week, incorporating healthier
grains, like Einkorn, Spelt, etc. (The grains or flour should really be
soaked to improve nutrition, but we are not yet perfect about this)

3. We make chocolate every week - cocoa powder, coconut oil, and maple
syrup. Simple, healthy and delicious. It reduces our consumption of the
processed chocolate and gets more coconut oil into our diet.

4. We make healthy oatmeal cookies every week. The oats are mixed with
freshly ground spelt or einkorn, and soaked overnight in a coconut oil
apple cider vinegar mixture. Adding some rye is helpful too, as soaking
with this mix of grains greatly improves our nutrition absorption. (Soaking
oats alone does not help much).

5. I eat oatmeal several times a week, again mixing it with spelt or
einkorn, and soaking it overnight in water and apple cider vinegar or lemon
juice. When I cook it, I add a generous amount of sea salt (Himalayan or
Celtic) to my water, as well has a spoonful each of ghee and coconut oil. I
add cinnamon and raisins (or chopped apple) to my oatmeal mix, dump it in
the water and cook it for five minutes.

6. I have recently been making mayonnaise, using a blend of coconut oil and
olive oil. Another small way to remove chemicals from our diet and
incorporate healthy oils.

7. On occasion I will make tortillas, using the soaked/sprouted healthy
grains and coconut oil. I would make these more often, but my family
prefers other healthy breads.

8. Bacon and eggs, cooked in coconut oil or ghee and salted with sea salt
is a healthy meal. Don't believe the cholesterol fears. Of course, get
'natural' bacon eggs.

9. French toast can be another healthy meal. Again cooked in the healthy
oils, using sea salt, eggs, cinnamon, and of course homemade bread.

10. Raw veggies every day - carrots, celery, tomatoes, cucumbers, are
delicious when dipped in a healthy miso mayo dip. Homemade mayo makes it
even better.

11. Soups, stews, curries, etc. are loaded with veggies, and soup stocks
from chicken carcass or other bones provide great nutrition. This is
something we are not great at, as meat options are limited in Japan.

We are always looking for delicious ways to improve our nutrition, but we
are far from perfect. I think every family is different, as what is
practical and delicious for one person may not be so for another.

Grains are tricky, as they are the main culprit in blocking our nutrition
absorption. However, they become a super food when processed correctly. In
addition, the apple cider vinegar and lemon juice that is used for soaking
is another healthy addition. One of the best blogs I know for guidance on
grains is here:

http://www.weedemandreap.com/guide-soaking-sprouting-grains/

That was probably too much information ;-)

Hi Nancy,

I love how you are using your sleeping time for healing. I may have to look
into those magnets.

My family and I also have great experience with using the MP to aid
healing. I love martial arts, and sometimes I tweak a shoulder or knee, so
I feel that the pulsar is a life saver for me. I haven't had any chronic
joint issues, despite the fact that I am still active and over fifty.

MSM is something I started last year, after hearing about it repeatedly on
this list and elsewhere. It seems to be a valuable supplement, and helps
allergies for many people. Not sure if it will alleviate my allergies, but
it is looking good so far, as the allergy season started here in Japan and
I am ok so far. (I never had hay fever until about five years ago, and it
has been pretty bad each year since it started).

Thanks again for sharing.

that doesn't require water, has very comfortable adjustable straps that
fit on each wrist, and 3 frequencies. I often sleep with it on as it
helps my insomnia, and I can sleep on my back without turning and tossing.
Since using it for a year or more every time my grandkids expose me to
colds I may feel like I am fighting it some, but have not gotten any

sinus infections every time and be putting CS drops up my nose, heating
pads, etc. but with the zapping I have not had ONE SINGLE sinus infection.
I also suck zinc lozenges that don't have sugar. I don't know how to
compare the Clark and Beck zappers for fighting cancer, hopefully it also
does the job of cleaning the blood in that respect as well.

Re: CSBeck Protocol

2015-03-02 Thread Victor Cozzetto
Hi Gail,

Sorry about your CFS. I agree with you completely about needing a
combination of things. I believe that no matter how effective CS or any
protocol might be, it is easy to render them ineffective with overwhelming
toxic intake or nutritional deficiencies - and sadly, most of us are
probably a victim of both to some extent.

And sometimes we are shooting at the wrong target... for example, I had a
growth on my leg that I could not get rid of. About the size of a pencil
eraser, I thought it was a wart at first. But trying wart removers did
nothing but give me pain. Then I tried CS, and nothing happened. I finally
tried the Beck Protocol, pulsing the spot directly. Still nothing. Finally,
many years later, I had some trouble with my teeth. So I focused the pulser
on my mouth during another round of the Beck Protocol, and to my surprise,
the growth on my leg vanished. My conclusion: some problem in my mouth was
feeding that growth/tumor in my leg. Research revealed that this is a
common theory for cancer as well.

About my teeth, CS and the Beck Protocol can stop the pain, but they cannot
heal my teeth. Only proper nutrition can do that, and that is exactly what
I experienced. Only when I discovered the guidance from Weston A. Price,
was I able to heal my teeth. And that remains a recurring battle, as I am
too lazy to maintain a perfect diet ;-) Although supplementing with some
key superfoods works like magic.

Hope you do eventually find a way to overcome that CFS.

Persons wanting to follow the protocol can find the needed tools from
Sota Instruments in Canada. The company has been in business for a
long time, is reliable, and regularly improves products, offering an
upgrade price to previous purchasers.

Note that Sota can say virtually nothing about the uses of the
products, and cannot even link to sites that provide information about
the protocol. I think this amounts to suppression of information, but
it's a complex legal issue, I suppose, one that LEF.org in the USA has
been fighting for many years.

I have never noticed that sunlight or air damages CS. [made with silver and water only]

I have several samples that have been sitting on a sunny windowsill for years and they all appear to be still as good as the day after they were made.
Hydrogen sulphide and other pollutants in the air could have an effect.
I 'nuked' a batch to see what would happen. So far as I could tell, it just boiled.
I used to mix CS with wet cat food to alleviate hair loss and skin insults from flea allergy...mixed and fed immediately...and that worked pretty good. [Cat died at 17 yrs old..no more bald spots or weeping bumps]

Search up the 3 ex marines and the rotten hamburger story in the archives.
Cooking with CS at least does a job on food, if not the eater directly.

Re: CSBeck protocol?

2005-08-17 Thread Jonathan B. Britten
Good question! I have been thinking about the Beck Protocol for
several days and was just discussing it last night with a friend who
suffers from chronic fatigue. I have several very particular
questions that derive from the excellent Nexus article on nanobacteria.

A quick summary:

-- These are recently discovered.

-- They may self-replicate rather than reproduce. They don't show up
in PCR tests.

-- They are linked to many diseases, esp. cardiovascular. They may
cause calcification in the body.

-- They are evidently be destroyed by a combination of EDTA and
tetracycline. EDTA strips off the calcium shell and the antibiotic
kills them or disables them.

My questions:

-- Would EIS work against these unaided? If not, what would be a good
EDTA/EIS protocol?

-- Would any of the Beck protocols strip off the calcium shell? I am
thinking of blood electrification and ozonated water. The latter might
well do the job through the process of free-radical destruction.

Sorry to have nothing but questions; I am hoping some MDs or
clinicians somewhere may have some answers.

Hi folks,

Is there any single web site that discusses the 4 step Beck protocol in
reasonable depth, that would be a worthwhile referral for somebody
wanting to get familiar with it? A book for sale? Anything?

Thanks,

Re: CSBeck Protocol pdf.

2003-10-31 Thread Jonathan B. Britten
My pleasure! Please pass the word; this is the best page for Beck
Protocol information I have seen.

BTW one pdf article on this list is by a college prof. who taught me
astronomy way back in 1977, when he was also doing work on electrical
field effects on mice. He is still doing this kind of work, recently
acting as a member in a group studying whether electroporation can make
medicines more effective. (Electroporation, basically the increased
permeability of cells, is said to be somewhat of a risk in the Beck
protocol, but evidently some people, including Francis X. Hart, of
the University of the South, think that it may be a good thing in
some cases. I mention all this only because it reinforces my opinion
that electromedicine is definitely going to go very mainstream in the
decades ahead; many solid scientists have been studying for decades.

Hi Jonathan :-)

Thanks so much for responding to my query. If you hadn`t, I would
have just thought there was something wrong with the website because I
don`t recall ever having trouble with pdf files. Moments ago I
upgraded my Acrobat Reader and now I can read all the files! Fab!

Is this a poorly maintained site, or is there something wrong with my
