App switcher on the Apple Watch

2017-08-16 Thread Sieghard Weitzel
Hi,

I seem to remember that there is an app switcher in Watch OS. Is that correct
or did I imagine this? If it is correct, how to I bring it up?

Thanks,

Re: A parcel track question

2017-08-16 Thread Kay Malmquist
Yes, I played with a tracking number and that seems to work reasonably well. I
have three Amazon messages in the inbox and unfortunately you can't select them
all at the same time. I select one and then I go in the parcels and absolutely
nothing showed up. So I'm still not sure how to work that.

I haven't bothered with forwarding emails yet since I find this much easier, by
the time I forward the message, select the forwarding address (even if I set it

Now, just out of curiocity I did forward a tracking email today, I then opened
the app, tapped on the Profile tab, then to the Inbox and the message I sent
did show up there. I think you have to double tap it, at least after I did this
and went back to the Parcels tab that package was set up and it was tracking.
Since I didn't like what got selected and put in the "Content" field. At this
point I don't think I'll use this feature, just as Mark said it's super easy to
copy a tracking number and create a new package this way.

Hello,

I just want to chime in on this thread by saying that I have been absolutely
delighted with Parcel Track.

While I have not used the message forwarding inbox feature, what I have done,
over 7 times in the past two weeks is to simply split-tap a tracking number in
an email, on my iPhone; then select copy. Next, I open the Parcel Track app
and simply paste the tracking number in the edit field. This technique has
worked beautifully for me.

As yet, I have tracked UPS, USPS, and FedEx packages.

So, what is supposed to happen when you forward a message into your inbox? I
forwarded three different messages and have received no action or reaction. Is
it supposed to notify me of anything? By the way, I am using the free version
not the premium. I haven't decided if I want to spend any money on this yet.

RE: Backbeat Sense by Plantronics, was FW: Bluetooth headphones

2017-08-16 Thread Sieghard Weitzel
That must be subjective then because I spent about 15 minutes in an Apple Store
with the Airpods and noticed the lag instantly, it was probably as good as
bluetooth lag gets, but my Voyager Edge and a couple of other bluetooth device
I have are no different.
In my case the Plantronics Backbeat Sense were so bad that I packed them right
back up and returned them which was easy as I had bought them from Amazon. That
was about over a year ago so maybe they have done something to the current
generation which makes it better. I rarely use a bluetooth keyboard so this
terrible lag was using the onscreen keyboard and I would say it was at least a
three quarter second, that is absolutely too much to be acceptable.
I have yet to try any bluetooth device with no lag, the technology at this
point is such that a 0 lag device simply does not exist.

How to Stop News Alerts on iPad and iPhone Showing on Lock Screen

2017-08-16 Thread M. Taylor
OS X Daily - Thursday, August 10, 2017 at 11:49 AM
How to Stop News Alerts on iPad and iPhone Showing on Lock Screen

iOS Apple News defaults to pushing 'news' alerts and notifications to your
devices lock screen, this is why sometimes you may pick up an iPad or iPhone
and have various "News" notifications on the display, even if you never
signed up to receive any headlines or news alerts.
These breaking News alerts on the iOS lock screen are often a mishmash of
curious headlines on various topics, and while some users may find those
type of stories to be vitally important and love having them pushed to their
iPhone or iPad lock screens, other users may prefer to not have their device
screens scattered with miscellaneous headlines of stories they might be
disinterested in.
Fortunately it's easy to stop the News app from pushing those alerts and
notifications to your iOS device, thereby stopping all 'news' from appearing
on the lock screen of an iPad or iPhone completely.
How to Remove News Notifications from iPad and iPhone Lock Screen
We'll show you how to remove the News notification alerts from the lock
screen (or "cover sheet" as later iOS calls it), and also how to turn them
off completely device-wide, if you don't want to see the news alerts
anywhere ever again.
1.
Open the "Settings" app on the iPad or iPhone and go to "Notifications"

2.
Find and tap on "News" within the Notifications app list, then adjust
settings depending on the desired effect of hiding news from the lock
screen, or hiding news alerts entirely:
To hide News from the iOS Lock Screen only (or "Cover Sheet" as the lock
screen is called in iOS 11), flip the toggle next to "Show on Cover Sheet"
or "Show on Lock Screen" to the OFF position
To hide all News notifications and alerts from everywhere in iOS, toggle the
switch next to "Allow Notifications" to the OFF position

3.
Exit out of Settings app as usual
With the News notifications now turned off (either for the cover sheet /
lock screen, or entirely disabled so the News app won't alert you
whatsoever) you are now free to lock your iPhone or iPad, then pick it up
again, and not have the display scattered with headlines.
As long as the Notifications are disabled for News app, these type of
notifications and headlines will no longer show up on your devices screen:

(I wonder, is there an intentional emphasis on tabloid style topics and
buzzy headlines to show up on iOS screens? Are the news headlines chosen at
random? What's the point?)
Another possible approach is to go about blocking and hiding news channels
and news sources in the News app that you don't want to see. But while
blocking news channels is a good solution to clean up the News app feed
itself, it's not as helpful if your aim is for stopping some of the
nonsensical alerts from showing up at the lock screen. That's because many
respectable and high quality publications also push out tabloid headlines
intermixed with their other news, and any of that may show up on the lock
screen of an iPad or iPhone.
Going further, if you're not thrilled with these sort of headlines and
"News" material dotting various places throughout iOS, you might also want
to remove News headlines from Spotlight search in iOS too so that the "News"
headlines will no longer appear in your iOS Spotlight search results as
well.
As usual, you can always reverse these changes simply by going back to the
appropriate Settings and toggling the switches again. So if you decide to
hide the "News" headlines but later determine you really miss seeing those
latest headlines on the iOS screen, you will be relieved to know those
alerts are just a few settings taps away again.

Apple to spend $1bn on original content and produce up to 10 new shows over the next year, according to report

2017-08-16 Thread M. Taylor
9to5Mac - Wednesday, August 16, 2017 at 2:45 AM
Apple to spend $1bn on original content and produce up to 10 new shows over
the next year, according to report

Apple appears to be taking original content production very seriously.
Building on significant talent hires, the Wall Street Journal writes Apple
has readied a $1 billion budget to 'procure and produce' content over the
next year.
The report says the sum is about half what HBO spent on production last
year. Apple could launch up to ten new shows, with Apple SVP Eddy Cue said
to have ambitions to offer shows that rival Game of Thrones.

Apple's initial rounds of content have not been runaway successes, with
Planet of the Apps and Carpool Karaoke receiving bad-to-mild reviews from
critics. Reach of the shows has also been limited to users with Apple Music
subscriptions.
However, until recently, it didn't really feel like Apple was giving much
priority to original content efforts. With a large wallet and premiere
talent leading the video programming division, it is likely that the quality
of Apple's in-development programming will also be higher.
The report notes that Jamie Erlicht and Zack Van Amburg, the Sony veterans
Apple hired in June, started work in early August and have taken over video
production responsibilities from the Apple Music team. The execs have
already held meetings with Hollywood to find shows to acquire.
It isn't clear yet how the new shows will be released to customers. Apple
currently hosts Planet of the Apps and Carpool Karaoke on Apple Music, but
it seems likely that the company will double-down on a true, dedicated,
internet TV service with the new initiatives.
In terms of hardware, a new Apple TV set-top box is expected to launch later
this year with support for 4K output. The product could be announced as soon
as September, alongside the new iPhone and Apple Watch models.

Re: Backbeat Sense by Plantronics, was FW: Bluetooth headphones

2017-08-16 Thread Richard Turner
Hello,
I am typing this with a LogicTech K480 keyboard.
It is on bluetooth as are the headphones.
I would say that the delay is noticeable, but it is less than half a second in
length.
I do not have a timer that I can fire at the same time I type a letter, but
with the keyboard setting to echo words, when I type the word "words" and hit a
space or punctuation, it says words at the same time I am typing the next word.
I type approximately 80 to 90 words a minute.
I cannot type ahead of VoiceOver more than a very small part of a word.
So, I'm not bothered by the delay.
but that is a personal preference.

Richard

Opinion: Are subscription-based apps the future, or will they implode?

2017-08-16 Thread M. Taylor
9to5Mac - Wednesday, August 16, 2017 at 6:41 AM
Opinion: Are subscription-based apps the future, or will they implode?

The decision of the popular writing app Ulysses to switch from a one-off
purchase to a monthly or annual subscription has attracted a great deal of
criticism. Here's a sprinkling of views from the comments.
Subscribe to a text editor? I'm out.
I bought this on iOS last week. As far as I'm concerned, that was a total
waste of money now they're moving to this subscription model.
This "rent your software" crap needs to stop, and people need to stop
defending it.
Ulysses is a great app and I wish the developers all the best, but I'm out,
looking for alternatives.
Read: "Popular iOS and Mac writing app Ulysses Digs Its Own Grave and Gets
In"
The company, of course, has its own rationale .

We want to make sure the app will be around for years and years to come. We
want to heavily invest in its development, and this requires the right
setting for our team, our families and our users. Writers want to rely on a
professional tool that is constantly evolving, and we want to keep
delivering just that.
The company says that anyone who bought the app when it first launched has
now received nine major updates at no cost, and that this isn't sustainable.
And, of course, Ullysses isn't the only app to have switched to a
subscription model - nor the only company to come under fire for doing so.
The highest-profile example is Adobe. The company first started offering its
subscription-based Creative Cloud service back in 2012. At that point, users
could choose between buying individual apps, buying packages - or signing-up
to a monthly or annual subscription.
But just a year later, the company announced that it would no longer sell
its Creative Suite software outright, and that the only way to get the
latest versions would be via subscription. Even for apps you could still buy
outright, you didn't get the same functionality as the subscription version.
We're seeing the same trend everywhere. Right now, you can still buy
individual TV shows and movies, but iTunes popularized the idea of renting
them instead, and companies like Netflix take things further with a fixed
monthly subscription for all-you-can-eat streaming access.
And, of course, Apple Music now gives us the option of renting, rather than
owning, our music.

The idea of renting rather than owning isn't without its benefits, of
course. Developers get a steady stream of income, which enables them to keep
updating apps and adding new features, while users get access at a more
affordable up-front cost.
And for some apps and services, it makes sound financial sense. Take music
as an example. Back in the days when the only option was to buy albums, many
of us spent thousands - sometimes tens of thousands - of dollars over the
years. A young person today can lay out ten bucks a month and get instant
access to more music than any of us will ever own in our lifetimes. Having a
$10 cost of entry to almost all the music commercially available is quite an
incredible thing. If I were starting out today, I honestly don't know
whether I'd choose to own any music.
In software, Adobe was able to get away with it for much the same reason.
Outright purchase of a suite of its apps could again cost thousands, and you
knew it was only a matter of time before you'd need to pay to upgrade to the
latest version. Indeed, many photographers found themselves forced to
upgrade when they bought a new camera as the RAW converter for it would only
be available for the latest version of Lightroom. An affordable monthly fee
was a decent alternative.
In TV and movies, renting rather than owning can again save you money. Many
have dispensed with traditional TV packages, and buying movies outright, and
instead pay just $8-12 per month for a Netflix subscription. Provided the
shows you want are available, that's a great deal.
Some people even effectively choose to rent their iPhone. In the old days,
you did this as a hidden cost in your carrier's plan, now you can do it
through Apple's iPhone Upgrade Program. That's again a way of turning a
large lump-sum payment into a more manageable monthly one.
But there are, I think, four reasons why many of us feel reluctant to switch
from outright purchase of apps to a subscription model.

The first is purely psychological. We're used to paying a one-off fee, with
maybe an occasional and optional major update fee some years down the road,
and that being it. The idea of instead being forced to lay out cash every
month for continued access to an app feels somehow wrong. Many feel they are
being taken advantage of, especially if it's an app they've used for years
and come to rely on.
The second is the lifetime cost. I can't even remember now what I paid for
my three versions of Lightroom, but from memory the last one I bought -
Lightroom 3 - cost me about $150 back in 2011. I'm still using it today. If
I'd instead been paying $9.99/month, that

Voice Dream Reader no longer rewinds or fast forwards when flicking up/down on the play button.

2017-08-16 Thread englishrider91
Hello, all,

I have a rather strange issue, which only started a few days ago. Everything
was working beautifully with VDR, and then it started not rewinding or fast
forwarding when I flicked up or down when focus was on the play button. I've
double-checked, and I definitely have the rotor on the adjust value setting. I
haven't, to my knowledge, changed any settings in VDR as of late. What on earth
could be the problem? I've tried taking VDR out of the app switcher, as well az
emptying the RAM. I haven't yet rebooted the phone, but I'll try that next. Has
anyone else had this issue?

Thanks,
Ari

RE: A parcel track question

2017-08-16 Thread M. Taylor

As for amazon tracking numbers appearing in emails while this is true I was

Then, when I click on the inbox, there is a How it works button that takes me to

Hi,
I’m so glad you posted this as I thought it was just me. Sometimes when I
forward things to my in box they appear right away and I receive notifications
that they’ve been added. Other times absolutely nothing doing and I cannot for
the life of me figure out why. It almost seems as though the adding of
packages via in box seems to work better by me if the package has already
started moving thus its tracking number yields something right away as opposed
to adding it when you get notified of its tracking number but before it’s
entered into any systems as having moved yet.
Similarly when I report the issue via feedback sometimes it’s righted within
minutes other times nothing happens. Either way I’ve never actually gotten a
response from the app’s developer. Still I’m very fond of the app and don’t
regret having purchased. But I am glad one can also add packages via the app or
the web portal itself; and I’m also happy to have the other similarly named
Parcel app just for redundancy sake for just such occasions.

I've had varying results with ParcelTrack and Amazon shipments. I've
successfully added Amazon shipments to ParcelTrack by forwarding the shipment
notification email to my ParcelTrack inbox and I've also had failures when
doing that. If forwarding the email doesn't work, I simply copy the tracking
number from Amazon and paste it into a new ParcelTrack shipment.

Good luck.

Hi all,
In parcel track does it work well with Amazon? The reason I ask is that Amazon
doesn't really have the tracking number just a link and it usually goes to the
Amazon website. Has anybody used it with Amazon?

RE: Backbeat Sense by Plantronics, was FW: Bluetooth headphones

Subject: Backbeat Sense by Plantronics, was FW: Bluetooth headphones

Greetings,

As promised, I am writing about the Backbeat Sense Bluetooth headphones from
Plantronics that I received yesterday.
These are over the ear headphones that claim 18 hours of talk time, have a
microphone and Plantronics usual attention to detail with the spoken prompts
about battery, pairing, etc.
I had a pair of Bose Mobile over the ear headphones that I really loved, but
they were only wired. They died recently after 7 years of daily use.

I was looking for a stereo headphone that had Bluetooth when I came across
these.
Regular Price, $179. (That is what I paid for the Bose 7 years ago.
B&H Video/Audio in New York has some for $116.
They come with the micro USB cable for charging, but no wall charger. They
offer one, which we bought, for $6.00.

They come in a very nice box, with also a very nice carrying case.
The selling point for me was that they can connect with two different Bluetooth
devices.
The delightful surprise that I discovered when I opened the box is that they
also have a 3.5 to 3.5 MM cable so you can use them as wired headphones. What
they say about that in the documentation is that you can use them when the
battery dies. So, in actuality, you can use them with three devices.

I would say the sound quality for listening is almost, if not as good as, the
Bose were.

They are very comfortable, and the over the head band is adjustable.
They feel like they are made from very high quality material.
The 3.5 MM cable plugs into the bottom of the right ear cup. The cable has the
microphone and buttons on it that work much the same as the iPhone Airpods.
They take about 3 hours to fully charge.
I have not run them down on the battery yet.
The microphone sounds fine. I did a couple test calls with my wife on
Bluetooth and she had no trouble hearing me.

They do block out most of the surrounding sounds, so I won't be using them
while walking down the street.

I am quite impressed in my first day of having them.

HTH,
Richard

I'll let you know next week.
My wife is getting me the new Plantronics Backbeat Sense stereo Bluetooth
headset. It is over the ear, it claims 18 hours of talk, and lists for $179.
It was on sale briefly for $79 with a code, but I missed it.
She found them through a store called B&H from new York for $116 with free
shipping. It doesn't come with an AC charger, so she added their charger for
$6.
It does, of course, come with the micro USB charging cable, just not the wall
plug.

Later,
Richard

can someone suggest a good bluetooth headphone that is over the ear, not in the

Streak refers to how many consecutive games you have won, such as a winning
streak.

Restart lets you start the hand again exactly the way it was first dealt, the
way you first saw the cards when you started that particular hand. a new game
gives you totally different cards, nothing like they were when the hand was

As for amazon tracking numbers appearing in emails while this is true I was

Hi,
I’m so glad you posted this as I thought it was just me.

In parcel track does it work well with Amazon? The reason I ask is that Amazon

Re: A parcel track question

2017-08-16 Thread Robin Frost
Hi,
I wasn’t aware you could specify your forward to address even after entering a
user name of your choosing. I just copied the address as you described into the
mail client of my choosing for forwarding. As I said you can also enter numbers
in manually within the app or through the portal at
parceltrack.de.
As for amazon tracking numbers appearing in emails while this is true I was
told that somehow these sorts of forwarding arrangements can extrapolate it
from the track link within the email which is good since more and more Amazon
is using their own logistic service which doesn’t appear as one of the carrier
choices within the app but is nonetheless recognized when the email is
forwarded at least here in the USA.

Well, so far I am unimpressed. I tried to use my user name as my address and
saw no option to use that but was given some long address with parceltrack.de.
Then, when I click on the inbox, there is a How it works button that takes me to
a not found page. Really! So, since they can not tell me, can someone tell

Although, this should be available in the app. Thanks for any help.

  Hi,
I’m so glad you posted this as I thought it was just me.

Parcel app just for redundancy sake for just such occasions.

RE: Backbeat Sense by Plantronics, was FW: Bluetooth headphones

2017-08-16 Thread Sieghard Weitzel
Hi Richard,

I had bought a pair of these a couple of years ago and really liked the sound
and all, but the Voiceover lag on these was so bad that I ended up returning
them. I guess if you primarily use them for listenint to music or other audio
then that is fine, but unless they changed something I found it almost
impossible to use them for typing anything because of the delay. I always use
this example when people ask about bluetooth standards. These are I think
Bluetooth 4.0 or 4.1, but just because something has a higher/newer bluetooth
version does not necessarily mean it's better in terms of lag. I have quite a
few Bluetooth 2.1 or 3.0 devices which were way better when it comes to lag
than these Backbeat Sense.

Sieghard

HTH,
Richard

My wife is getting me the new Plantronics Backbeat Sense stereo Bluetooth
headset. It is over the ear, it claims 18 hours of talk, and lists for $179.
It was on sale briefly for $79 with a code, but I missed it.
She found them through a store called B&H from new York for $116 with free
shipping. It doesn't come with an AC charger, so she added their charger for
$6.
It does, of course, come with the micro USB charging cable, just not the wall
plug.

Re: A parcel track question

2017-08-16 Thread christopher hallsworth
Hello everyone.

After a week of using Parceltrack, and even paying to unlock all the features,
a £2.99 in-app purchase, I was disappointed to. Not only was the "how it works"
button broke, the app even crashed when trying to view deliveries in progress.
Also, when I used the Parceltrack inbox, I had some information displayed in
what sounded like German, my imagination arose from the .de address in the
domain, .de representing Germany. Manual entry worked as advertised, but still.
Because I only had the app a week, I managed to get a refund for the in-app
purchase and kissed the app goodbye and have now gone back to my trustworthy
friend, Parcel, with the annual subscription, also of £2.99, restored.

Backbeat Sense by Plantronics, was FW: Bluetooth headphones

2017-08-16 Thread Richard Turner

She found them through a store called B&H from new York for $116 with free
shipping. It doesn't come with an AC charger, so she added their charger for
$6.
It does, of course, come with the micro USB charging cable, just not the wall
plug.

Later,
Richard

can someone suggest a good bluetooth headphone that is over the ear, not in the
ear, has a extended battery life, and works well with voiceover?

Re: A parcel track question

2017-08-16 Thread Kay Malmquist
Well, so far I am unimpressed. I tried to use my user name as my address
and saw no option to use that but was given some long address with
parceltrack.de. Then, when I click on the inbox, there is a How it works
button that takes me to a not found page. Really! So, since they can not
tell me, can someone tell me what I must do to get the address that I want
and how the inbox works? Although, this should be available in the app.
Thanks for any help.

  Hi,
I’m so glad you posted this as I thought it was just me. Sometimes when I
forward things to my in box they appear right away and I receive
notifications that they’ve been added. Other times absolutely nothing doing
and I cannot for the life of me figure out why. It almost seems as though
the adding of packages via in box seems to work better by me if the package
has already started moving thus its tracking number yields something right
away as opposed to adding it when you get notified of its tracking number
but before it’s entered into any systems as having moved yet.
Similarly when I report the issue via feedback sometimes it’s righted
within minutes other times nothing happens. Either way I’ve never actually
gotten a response from the app’s developer. Still I’m very fond of the app
and don’t regret having purchased. But I am glad one can also add packages
via the app or the web portal itself; and I’m also happy to have the other
similarly named Parcel app just for redundancy sake for just such occasions.

Just the link where you can go to their site and see the status. I would

RE: New Phones

2017-08-16 Thread Rob
If you have a computer, you might connect each current phone to the computer
and make an encrypted backup using iTunes. Be sure you take notes with the
time of each backup and which phone is being backed up.

Then when you get the new phones, connect them to the computer and restore from
the appropriate backup.

The only thing I am not absolutely sure of is whether you can restore from an
older backup than the most recent one. I have never had to do that.

well, in the case of Parcel Track for example, it is an in app premium
upgrade and so that isn't what happened. Tell me something. Terry created

upgraded it. Mine is still not upgraded and so I guess I'll have to do it

the app have to say somewhere that it supports family sharing In order to

Hi,

You can absolutely share an Apple ID for apps and have separate ones for
iCloud. Have the person whose address isn't being used create their own iCloud
Apple ID. Then you can each sign into iCloud with your own IDs, sync contacts
with iCloud, and keep them separate.

To set up the new ID, open Settings, and choose the first option, "Apple, ID,
iCloud, and Apps." If you're currently sharing iCloud, sign out at the bottom.
Then choose to set up a new ID.

Best,
Anna

Re: would it be a mistake

2017-08-16 Thread Wayne Merritt
T-Mobile will pay off your phone but it will take longer for that
payment to come, before you owe the prior carrier the money. In other
words, when I switched from AT&T to T-Mobile in 2015, I got the bill
from AT&T long before the payment came from T-Mobile. T-Mobile has
been pretty good. They saved me lots of money compared with AT&T, but
I have started having problems with data and connections, and
making/receiving calls, on my iPhone 7. I live in Austin, TX, in an
apartment complex. I usually get between 1 and 3 bars at home and at
work. Whenever my wife calls me on her T-Mobile iPhone 7, either I am
unable to hear her or she is unable to hear me. One person can talk to
the other, but the other cannot hear the first. I am also having
trouble with the earbuds on my phone. I cannot make or answer calls at
my desk so that the other party can hear me. I have also seen a delay
when getting texts or voicemails. Not all of these can be blamed on
the network, but most of them are T-Mobile's fault. We are switching
back to AT&T in September when the new iPhones come out. Though AT&T
is more expensive, they have much better and stronger coverage, both
in our home town and when we travel other places in Texas, like
Dallas, and sometimes to West Texas. There is also an AT&T tower not
too far from my work, which means I will be getting a strong 5 bars no
matter where I go and which floor I am on. Currently, if I go down to
the basement, I do not get any reception from T-Mobile. But when I go
back to the first floor I get the usual 2 bars. If I go outside, it
goes up to 4 or 5 bars.

Hth,
Wayne

I don’t know if T-mobile will pay off your phone. However, I wouldn’t be
surprised if they did. The best way to find out what T-mobile will or will
not do is to call them. As far as T-mobile’s coverage. I, after some big
time hesitation, and asking questions of other people who were actually
using T-mobile, I made the switch from AT&t last February. I have had no
real significant issues with the services. I have traveled to many places
since making the switch. I am happy to say that so far, so good. I live in
Philadelphia, PA. If you have some locations in mind where you may frequent,
ask the T-mobile rep if they have coverage. Also, remember, T-mobile does
have WiFi calling. Take care.

accessibility that I do. But another person told me they are frauds

I truly think AT&T is greedy and really want to get away from them but
I got the phone on a sale and guess I sort of got caught up in it,
being told other carriers didn't have as good a signal strength,
especially if you travel elsewhere. I don't do much travelling, but
when I go to see my family or maybe friends out of state I want to
have to be able to use my phone without any problems. And of course
the person who told me this about other carriers not being as good
with signal, was an A T&T rep.

So I need to hear from TMobile users. Do they indeed help pay off
your current phone, and do you get good service wherever you go?

I hope all this is making sense.

Thanks,
Patti

RE: Family sharing

2017-08-16 Thread Doc wright
you should be able to find the paid version in the app store. Just past the
description you should see information concerning Family sharing.

Hi there,
Couple of questions for you. I downloaded a an app and I have family sharing
turned on. Kay my wife was able to go into my apps and download the same app.
Later on I upgraded to the premium version. She hasn't found a way that the app
has been to the premium version on her phone. Is there a way through family
sharing that she can use the premium version of the app? Also when you look at
the family sharing tab it is dimmed, is there a way to turn that on? Just so
you know there are only two of us in the family. Also, does the app have to say
somewhere that it supports family sharing In order to use it between the two of
us?
Thanks

Hi,

I like tom the best. He is more clear than Alex to a degree. He is also a bit
louder therefore a little better to understand in some situations. Alex is my
next favorite then Ava.

Thanks,

I have used him to but doesn’t he use A bit more battery then others?

Also what voice to you like the best out of all of them for use on A daily

And why do you select the voice you do?
