Talking of LFO and adverts, have any other UK list-members noticed that the
music on the recent/current Volkswagen Golf advert is (according to

Actually guys (whether it's the law or not I don't know) PRS etc. do have a
rule relating to this one - that it's OK for online record sellers to use
clips but they must be a maximum of 30 secs long - which is why people like
Piccadilly have had to cut their clips from the 1 min+ they used to be

I'll just take this chance to mention that not all slots have been booked, so

I think it would be alot of fun.
Or are we not allowed to do it outside of Rotterdam?
Great show last night by Amp and the gang at SOB's. I missed Tortured Soul,
they must have started playing really early. DJ True was spinning a mix of
downtempo and soulful house...sketchy mixing but the crowd didn't seem
affected. Amp went on at around 11pm and played for roughly an hour and

You, too, can be a 'Freak' cruising your illegal gas-guzzling tax writeoff down
our side streets! Whoever licensed this cut to GM should be locked in a small
room and forced to listen to the *other* LFO for the remainder of eternity.
- jobot
Well, since it's on Warp records I would say that Warp licensed it or gave
it to a rep for them to license the track.
LFO has the right to refuse it's use in certain advertisements but it seems
they haven't so you might as well blame LFO for it.
