Techno-wise, Jacek Sienkiewicz is always at the top of my lists, with
Recognition 3+4 contributing in 2001, and the Trapez release surprisingly
falling short of the other releases on that great new label (thanks Gil)!
Although Trapez's first release was at the end of 2000, I think it should
still
... so I really doubt he's explored
his head to the extent he needs to, to produce something truly outstanding.
But I believe he will. To me, the As One thing is a tight LP, good quality
and from the heart ... but doesn't got the last, great step. Not quite.

There is a brilliant album by the artist Wechsel Garland (Jorg Follert) on
German label Morr Music. The music was originally composed by Jorg
specifically for a German ballet, which was performed in Bonn early last
year. He subsequently extended the

I picked up the new Moodymann 12 on Peacefrog last week and am after some
more info on it. From memory it has PFG003 etched on it, side B has the
text: SIDE B: NMYWAGON and Dont You want My Love, but side A (1 track) has
nothing. Since side A is the standout IMO, I'd like to know the title of it,
I think this is a fairly well known track, cause I've heard it on at least
one other mix online, just not sure why I missed this. I'm currently hearing
it on Mike Grant's frequencydetroit.com house mix, at around the 49min mark
it comes in, funky house with a female spoken word bit throughout, the
1... 2... 3...
Here's what it says about Alton Miller... Alton Miller did not attract a
huge crowd at any time during his set of three hours. Was this due to his
name being relatively unknown? In any case, he played a variety of music,
from flowing groovy house to breaks to harder tech-house.

Have you listened to any of his Purposemaker releases? There are some
amazing sounds here which I believe are the essence of your theory. At least
this is the stuff
like bc / main st / luomo...what is perlon / playhouse?
Perlon and Playhouse are both record labels. I guess they get lumped
together because they are both German and put out quirky house and techno.

Personally, I'm really looking forward to this one. Hopefully James will

If by it you mean the big Homelands festival or whatever its called then
yes, I know acts like Orbital and Green Velvet are no longer coming over.
Suburban Knight however, has been advertised as doing a club gig here next
weekend. This was in the street press yesterday, which also announced the
313 archives:
