I love the freaky bits, they're sort of what Kraftwerk are all about for me.
UK tour would be great but not holding my breath, anyone know when
Kraftwerk last appeared in the UK - was it Tribal Gathering?
Anyone go to The Big Chill this weekend?

What I find somewhat perplexing is that while you can buy all these really
cool t-shirts, mouse pads, and even skateboards from KlingKlang - they
don't have any CDs or records for sale.
I love the new track titles - can't wait to hear "Aero dynamik" and
"Elektro Kardiogramm"

I just made my point with the man machine concept, which is a conventional
way of interpreting

Their music was not unconventional and abstract like say a Mortin Subotnick.

the main flaw in your reasoning which is a bit idol worshiping in my opinion is
why didn't we hear
more of that sound when they played live in the late 80's, early 90's, or eve
mid 90's?
They are obviously influenced by todays dance trends, I don't see their music
as being really that

To be honest Kraftwerk's strength nowadays is their live show, which was and
always will be..a Tour De Force!

When they played live in Paris last year, they produced music which
seemed somehow to absorb many different elements of electronic music
