We use Bestronics custom hybrid cable pre-terminated armor direct bury
type. Has 1 pair 12awg stranded and 2 pair SM or MM strands. Been doing
it for a while with no issues.
Just did 250 full medusa install with DDB cabinet topside for all
terminations to go.

"core locked" fiber, which basically means the glass is buried in an a
lot of plastic. We only got one LC duplex on each end, but I bet they
could have done 2.
