We have a /21, OSPF internally, no iBGP. eBGP from two peers gets
default route only. I inject both via OSPF. I send the whole /21 to both
peers. OSPF default sends outbound traffic to the nearest edge. Prepends
to one peer gets the inbound traffic mostly balanced out.
