Noticing this too after updating to 2.2.0+repack0-1 with a Huawei E398
on armhf.
I had to manually edit /lib/udev/rules.d/40-usb_modeswitch.rules to
specific the full path to the wrapper as follows:

the PHP-GTK also uses docbook, etc. would it be too much effort to
simple modify the mentioned scripts to work for PHP-GTK as well - thus

Can you resend those patches as attachments, some of the hunks fail
(probably due to email formatting).
When I get my local copy patched I'll have a stab at it with sharp
implements and rebuild+upload it.

I've done the most recent work on the wininstaller.
freenet-modern.nsi is the current NSIS script which builds fine with the
latest version of NSIS. freenet-new.nsi doesn't actually exist anymore.
The current installer on the Freenet website should correctly identify
both Java 1.4 and 1.5.

I had to modify your www/revcheck.php patch slightly from
