Yesterday I tried the Option NvAgp 0 but today my system
locked up again :(
Also new nvidia driver did not solve the problem. And what I
had forgotten, a long time ago I tried if my sytem freezes
when my X is not running and it freezed. So I'm not sure if
any drivers of nvidia or some X Options

Hmm, I also had some lockups with the nvidia drivers.
Download newest nvidia driver + GLX module.
Check for the correct driver and GLX version (must match you kernel).
I solved my problem by seeting the AGP mode to
Option NvAgp 0.
This works for my TNT2 M64 card, don't know if there are similar
