Yea, someone has a control issue. You should be able to get eval
licenses pretty easily from your sales rep though.

It appears that the ServiceDesk/etc release notes are available via
supportweb -- but you have to go to the 7.00.00 section to download them.
If you are using the "My Products" list this version will not show. Use
the A-Z list instead. They don't exist under 7.00.01.

ARS 5.01.02 with midTier 6.03 on Solaris\Sybase
Have an active link which does an Open Window, Window Type Modify. Have a
custom message set up and the Suppress Empty List option checked. On the
User Tool the user gets the custom message if there are no matching items
but on the midtier they see
So much for Netscape 7.2 being supported. I have the
same errors on Netscape that I got for FireFox. It
just throws exceptions when you try to get to the KB
or Issue Management.
It seems to work extremely well for IE... sigh
