Hello, In Remedy Alert, when an user receives an alert, selects it from the list and clicks on Open Alert List button, these two messages appears: - Cannot create the COM object for AR System User. Returned error code is 0x80010005 - An error has happened in the start of AR System User session.

Create the fields on your View form as the correct type of field. i.e. Create a Date field on the view form. In the Database tab put the correct database field name in the View Information Name field For Selection fields do the same thing... Create a selection field with the correct choices
