Thanks all. The issue is resolved. Root cause seems to be a known defect in ars 7.6.03. When you turn on enable user logging to form in the admin console--> Logs tab, it is causing the timeout errors. I bet it might be due to table dead locks on that particular table. After we disabled this option

You delete all the aremail forms, and data.. and add a property in the email props.. and start the email server and it rebuilds the aremail engine, puts all the forms and data in.. you just then create your mailbox

I had problems with many of the various 7.5 patches with them clobbering the email engine and/or failing to reinstall the service. One of the main reasons that I skipped 7.5. I don't remember the 7.5 installer being able to uninstall it properly, either, so that you could add it back in. Look
