HI Kali, AIE is definitly the way to go when loading Assets into the CMDB from a .csv.You can select a 'Data Exchange Type' of "CI", this will allow you to select the CMDB Class you want to import into, (such as Computer System). You then specify the path to your .csv. Then it is easy to set

Update - SOLVED. I can confirm it was the Firewall. The Firewall does a "stateful inspection" every hour and teminates sessions/ports that are not appearing active. The client then appears to hang, and while it is renegotiating the port and handshaking etc you see the spinning donut for 20 seconds.
