AIE is definitly the way to go when loading Assets into the CMDB from a
.csv.You can select a 'Data Exchange Type' of "CI", this will allow you
to select the CMDB Class you want to import into, (such as Computer
System). You then specify the path to your .csv. Then it is easy to set

No, you have to login to AtriumSSO first. So instead of logging into
midtier, you login to AtriumSSO.
Also, when it times out, you will have to do it again.

There is downloadable PDFs that cover AIE, but honestly, You could open the
AIE console and examine one of the jobs, look at the example csv files and
probably figure it out fairly quick.
Things that aren't quite obvious and tips that seem to make things go
smoother:

config item to the armonitor.conf file to start the arserver.exe.it provides
a log of detailed output during startup.this may help you out.

On the change console, the defined search for all closed tasks shows no
records in the table field. Users who are members of a group with
thousands of closed tasks see none in the console.

Since it looks like you are using an Oracle database, my guess is that it's
something between the TWO_TASK and SID/Service Name and the install getting
confused.
Try the following ...
Add a new entry in the TNSNAMES.ORA file that the ARS server is using. Make
the Entry name the same as the SID
We saw something like this when there was a mismatch between Remedy and
Oracle over whether the DB was configured to be Unicode. Might check that.

There are, of course, multiple ways to address the issue. Active Directory is
an authentication source, not an SSO solution, so at some point in the process,
the credentials do need to be supplied.

here can shed some light on. He has a custom .NET application that uses
the HPD_Incident Interface_CREATE_WS web service to submit requests. So
