SRM - IT Requester Console issue 7.6.04 (ARERR 1691285)

Hi All, I am getting this error in IT requester Console when i try to submit a request. Please enter First Name and Last Name for the Requested For Individual. (ARERR 1691285). The First Name and Last Name are alreay populated and greyed out(read-only). Please find similar issue in bmc thread:

Fred I can't see a single piece of value in sending out file patches unless it's an emergency. The only way to distribute a web application is via a war file and I would expect one to be provided for each patch release. John ___
