I am trying to load some data through AIE and keep running into duplication
issue ( AIE multiple threads? I think), Am I missing something fundamental
here?
Form 1 : (Field a,b,c etc)
Form 2 : (Filed x,y,z etc)

For the Operational Categorization Tier 1 - 3 and Product categorization Tier
1-3 fields the display labels of the fields have been hidden behind

1) The layout of the fields are different in the modules. Eg. in Incident the
order of three fields is Notes, Template, Summary but in change it is Template,

This may or may not help your particular issue, but it's something that
will make Dev Studio more pleasant in general. The Java memory settings
are by default pretty low. Up them in the devstudio.ini. You can change
the memory settings based on how much memory your machine can
Duplicates should never get genertaed if you are using the out of the box
settings on an exchange.
Can you open the exchange debug file from /service64/debug folder and check
the exact number of records extracted from source.

We've had similar issues with the landing page (home page). Were the consoles
display ALL incidents, not just the ones pertaining to your group.

The workaround that we use is to guide our users to set the preference to My
Selected Groups rather than All My Groups, and explain that the default is
Assigned to Me because that is what the service desk folks want.

Application Preferences. For the affected users go to Application Preferences
- Incident Management tab, under the overview colsole section look at the Role
field and see if it is set to

Another issue we ran into was with the owner group. By default, our help desk
owns all incidents. When they would try to view their tickets in the INC
console, they would see ALL incidents, not just theirs.

You can import them but you can't edit them. I've run into this before
when my menu was based on a selection value.
In the end, I just edited the def file directly and imported the menu. XML
def files are easier to understand if you haven't done it before.

My mistake, we're in 7.5.00 Patch 004, and though we have the browser option,
my staff is using the desktop client. All my documentation is for 7.6, so I
