Terry and Ortega,
I agree that installers are taken for granted we can use them blindly.
#Alert being communicated :

This is a pretty big miss on behalf of BMC. It should have been

I am pretty sure if a different ITSM of any kind was built and published, but
would sue of alter arsystem so it wouldn't work. That is why is almost 30 years
no one outside of bmc has ever built one and published it.

Yes, you can definitely take it with you on your laptop. I use VMWare on my

Hi List,
I want to access remedy 24x7 and to achieve this Carl adviced me to create a VM

1) I want to carry the image with me all the time on my laptop, so do I need to

In my opinion, if the BMC Remedy community start writing an ITSM version
(Remedy Open Source) using the AR System itself then it will most probably be
more stable than the releases from BMC themselves :)

You should not have released it in the first place until you had tested every

We have an AIE job to suck data from vendors SQL database. Now they are

What version of Atrium SSO you are planning it to implement on?
There is no additional workflow required for basic user authentication to login

requirements like double authentication during approvals etc..
