As per my knowledge there's a BMC document named "Reference Architecture for
BMC Service Support Solutions using BSM 7.6 Components" but this document was
released for ITSM 7.6

can be done just for Companies with Organization or Departments. When opening

As per my experience (even though ARS is not limited for searching) you may to
consider several factors when enabling a Web Service for long queries
(OpGetList).
- Amount of records: (Do you really need to get more than 700-1000
records?)
- Packet Size per Query

ARERR 120039 refers to wrong defined cardinality for a relationship instance in
CMDB where its relationship definition for cardinality is different.
Example: If you have defined some relationship class named "A" as "1-1"
cardinality, and you've created two CI's and related them using "A"
this out. Just tried it and it's working fine
now.
Now I can go back to the programmer and officially say "It's working for me!"

Totally agree. It depends on Support Group Structure you may want to implement.
If each SD needs to work only with their own tickets you need to create them as
a company for each one.
Also you need to set Restricted Access for specified Company in People Profile
for each member of Support Groups.
For SRM you can use OOTB:
SRM:RequestInterface_Create (For creating Service Requests)
SRM:RequestInterface (For querying and modifying Service Requests)
For Task you can use OOTB
TMS:TaskInterface (For querying and modifying Tasks)
Interface forms allow you to validate data sent from External Sys

I'd recommend you do not add them to Base Element. Instead create your own
custom Class and add those attributes to that class. Otherwise, your next
upgrade will be a nightmare.

You can use Asset Maintenance Scheduler for reoccurring Change Request, however
you need to create Change Template with Change Type = Asset Maintenance.
If you don't select this value you won't be able to see template in Schedule
Criteria Form in order to create Schedule.
