Some of the obvious issues to look into do include the screen saver and
I would recommend the simplest possible one. Also, ensure your
application and sql server are on the same subnet using at least 1GB
connections. Also it doesn't sound like your SQL server is configured
very well disk wise.
I ran into a similar issue. What I ended up doing was creating a mostly
blank html template and using only the tag #$$AR Notification Text$$#.
I then copy and pasted the html code into the text for the notify field.
It doesn't look pretty in the notify but it took care of my problem.

Filter that fires on submit with a run if qualification that uses the
summary as one of the values. From there I fire a Filter guide that
contains all the actions to create the CHG:Task forms as child tickets.

We are using the UPN from Active Directory which can easily go beyond
the 30 character limit. I did run into a few issues, like setting the
value larger than 30 on the mid-tier and manually increasing the value
size on the Help Desk apps since we are still using Help Desk 6, but
otherwise it has w

If you want to return the username you will need to turn off Anonymous
