We just upgraded to AR server 7.5 patch 7 and after the upgrade and reboot
the outgoing mail server service refuses to be created. A reinstall of the
mail client didn't help. Looks like there are several entries in the registry

Fred is correct. You still need a JSP engine to work with your IIS.
There are other supported JSP Engines. You cannot use IIS alone.

I know I can go to tools/options and set up a new "start" page, but this
seems to work for any user who logs in. Is there a way
