Hi Kevin,
Yes, Prod Cat and Location can be evaluated by the assignment engine in
order to assign to a particular person.
If you look at the assignment configuration form in the application
administration console, it should be readily apparent. The docs can help
too.

Out of the box, the ITSM applications allow you to set individual
auto-assignment to either None, Round Robin, Capacity, or Workload, per
application. We'd like to see how difficult it would be to set
auto-assignment to one of those options per support group, instead of per
application.

Sivarama,
Maybe what you can do is setup the auto assignment the same but setup different
groups that will be assigned as the Change Manager vs Change Assignee vs
Change Implementer.
Then based on the out of box notifications, you can see which ones you want to
eliminate that fire at certain
zations and locations, by application and/or service type.

Can you clarify what you mean by "the various states of the workflow"?
The Assignment Engine will assign to a Support Group based on various
categorizations and locations, by application and/or service type.
The Auto Assignment to individual is by company, and will work the same
Hi Guys,
I am working with AR Server 7.1.00 and trying to set up auto assignment
for the workflow in the change mgmt and incident mgmt (7.0.03). Is there any
way to auto assign the support group the request flows through depending on
the various states of the workflow? I have no operational

Good morning all,
I was wondering if anyone knows of a shift scheduler that interfaces with 7.0 auto-assignment?
We are a 6 by 24 shop with teams in different time zones. The members of these teams work all types of different schedules. So I need a package that would keep track of their
